This Dunkin' donuts needs to be shut down this is the worst service I've ever had at any Dunkin donuts and I've traveled all over the United States for my job I've seen Dunkin' donuts ran way stronger with only two or three employees doing a drive-thru and the lobby. The manager here has no manager skills at all and they have one car pulled to the speaker pull them to the window when they leave they do another order this is very very poor ethics very poor.

Every time that I have ordered from this Dunkin, my order was given to me incorrectly. They have even argued with me about my order. I went today and the manager, or the one that acted as the manager, was extremely disrespectful to me and the other customers. She spoke to me in a rude tone, and dismissed anything I tried to say. After giving me my order she walked off mumbling about me. I overheard her with the customer behind me, "Dunkin Donuts." She listens to the customer give her order before her young son interrupted, and then she starts the whole thing over "Dunkin Donuts", instead of calling the order back out to the customer. The customer asked "can you hear me", and the lady says no ma'am, what is your order in a harsh tone. The service was just very unpleasant and the drinks have been poorly made and not as requested.

Extremely unhappy with today’s purchase, ordered an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and bacon, a jelly donut and a pineapple mango refresher, here’s what I got a bagel , some butter packets. A stale donut no bacon or cream cheese and my drink  needless to say this was their second chance I’m done no matter what the customer orders it should be granted even if you personally wouldn’t do it that way.

Finally had my favorite blueberry flavored ice coffee that was the way I wanted it. I know every place you don't get the same but the worker made it just right. Thank you.Food: 5/5

My friend & I went through the drive thru and nobody had answered so we drove to the window. The workers were extremely rude … talking about my friend and I behind our backs. I wish i could somehow get in touch with corporate about how rude they were. i will never go back.

This Location has the worst service. If there is 5 cars on the drive- thru you will be waiting on line about 30 minutes makes absolutely no sense. Terrible management.

Order was completely wrong ! After telling the person 3 times  picked up in drive thru then went inside and was told I had to pay again cause they got it wrong ! How about NO STARS ! Never again will I spend my money here I’ll go to Starbucks  Dietary restrictions: Place is filthy

When i order a hot coffee, it should be HOT. Not cold, not warm but HOT. Make your HOT Coffee “HOT”.

Wow. Basking Robins We had to walk out of the store. Went in with no customers. There were two employees one doing nothing behind the counter and the other cleaning the tables. The one behind the counter did not move at all. After five minutes the one cleaning the tables left came and without washing her hands asked us what we wanted. They had only seven flavors and not identified at all. Do not go to that place.
