Our customers welcome at your store or is it just a private party? Nice facility, do the employees know that they're there for the customers? When I begged to use the bathroom the huge young man that came out thought I was asking for a fight, one of your employees?

Terrible experience, first off they said they were out of ice - warm sweet tea.  Then it took over 40 minutes to get our food. Now I have been to some bad McDonalds before. But this one takes the cake.

This McDonald's isn't bad ever . Fast friendly food always  correct but .. I have an addiction now to the frappes lol and here lately NONE of the McDonald's are serving them ! I seriously am known for having 1 a day! But no matter where I go now machine is down and last nite they said they close theirs  down at 9pm ugh even tho they're open till 11pm seriously bout to withdraw lol

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The visit is never good whether its the rude workers or your orders not right. How hard is it to look at the pictures make the food, put the right stuff in the bag and be nice. It’s crazy and they still want more pay! I ordered 4 cheeseburgers for $10 and got 2 cheeseburgers and a fry.

I must say this was the best experience I've ever had at McDonald's. The staff was amazing! We were greeted instantly and they even walked around checking on everyone. I'm blown away!

I am so sick of this Mcdonalds! You GUYS NEVER GET AN ORDER RIGHT, OR...YOU LEAVE SOMETHING OUT! As a rule I normally check the bag before I even pull of because this is a common all to familiar experience, but my son went through for me And low and behold here we go again you left half my order off.  I am also sick of everyone continuing to use the pandemic as an excuse for poor quality. I can deal with slower but slower and you still can't get everything in the bag. It wasn't even a big order!?

They have added onions to their coleslaw which all KFC'S have changed the recipe and probably why they don't do much business any longer. This particular KFC was not good at all. First off, no longer do they have a buffet, which was a big pull for them over the other 2 KFC's in town. Second, the staff was not friendly at all, might be another reason there was no other customers there. Third, their chicken batter recipe doesn't taste the same, which is not the orginal recipe they use to use. Fourth, the gravy doesn't even taste the same. If this is consistent with all KFC's I do not forsee my family and I returning. Fifth, the extra crispy chicken wasn't even crispy. The ONLY reason they got 4 stars is due to cleanliness. The restaurant was very clean and smells clean

Very terrible customer service!! I side of the drive-through and the lady told me that they had just gotten a truckload in and that they were waiting to stock up yet three or four cars went ahead and ordered before me

Second time sitting in curbside pickup for over 30 minutes and no one bringing my order. Last time they tried to give me a bag of cold food that was sitting on the counter waiting to be brought out to my vehicle. Swore, I'd never come back and here I am several months later with the same issue.

Well today I decided if I stop there and I kept getting hard biscuits I was not ever going back. Congratulations I got my hard biscuits and you guys are out of $400 a month I stopped there every day to spend about $20 that is over with.
