This store, although out of the sandwich I wanted they had my normal drink which I couldn't find at the Starbucks closer to my home, which is not uncommon ingredients of white mocha and caramel. Plus, they made it right, didn't burn the coffee and it tasted wonderful!  Parking: Lots of open parking.

Very kind staff and very clean facility. There is rarely a wait so this is a fast location to go to. It states that it’s inside of the Mall but it’s not. It’s outside. I definitely recommend the pumpkin cream cold brew. They know how to make them!

I live in South Carolina, I always get a caramel crunch with oatmilk, extra crunch, and extra caramel. This is by far the best one I’ve ever gotten!

this is the new secret menu item "Baby Yoda" it is made by asking for a Green Tea frappuccino with caramel drizzle inside the cup along with above and below the whip in honor of the new Mandalorian series on Disney+ ......but my usual is the caramel frappuccino with drizzle above and below the whip add coconut syrup to it if they have it, depending on locations/region....

I waited 45 minutes for my order only to have one of my drinks melted and sour. My other two drinks where not correct, the manager was no help

I have had a great experience with this franchise, nothing but the truth. I just started drinking ice coffee more and this is the place to go get them.... loving it.

I tired the iced Apple Crisp oat milk caramel macchiato and it was fantastic! They recommend adding sweet vanilla cream foam as well!!

Super slow most days but everything we ordered was correct and tasted great.  Just wish service was faster, took 15 minutes to get our order of two drinks.  To be fair though, it was a long line and a lot of customers to handle.

Only one sugar free flavor,  french vanilla.... Dunkin here we come!Food: 1/5
