Today was my birthday and Arianna  I hope I got her name right made my iced coffee perfectly. She was kind and courteous. She made my day that much more special.  I will definitely be back every time I'm in the area. Thank you for excellent service!

Awful service, I went on the drive thru and order a few drinks, I needed to order more but they shut the screen on me so I figure “I just add it at the window “, well not, the girl said I couldn’t add more items at the window instead I needed to pick up my coffees and drive around and order again or go inside, of course all this was said to me in a rude way, then she literally smashed the window in my face. I’m never going back to this place although is the closest to where I live, I rather drive a little more and go someplace they actually care about customers.

Pretty decent place, definetly not as bad as some of the other reviews suggest. It's just really annoying ordering here because of how hot it gets inside - even outdoors on an 80+ degree day is cooler than inside this store. I feel so bad for the employees, you can't stay there 10 minutes without feeling nauseous

This place or should I say its emplyees lack manners and some common courtesy. Been here a few times ordered multiple coffee's, staff has never asked if I want a cup holder, secondly when I do ask, they just throw it on the counter and walk away. Business rule #1, treat customers like you want them to come back...

Worst Coffee I have ever had. I asked for an iced cappuccino and they gave me a cup of iced milk, and the messed up thing on top of being disappointed from receiving milk and no coffee, is that the milk I had curdled and became chunky and slime-y. Dunkin Donuts does not care about the consumer.

Don't bother with mobile ordering.. I'm a serial mobile orderer and have been to this location many times. In all my times here I've never been able to just go "in and out" because my order is never ready. In fact, I usually have to remind them to cook my order, as its apparent they've either forgotten or are too busy filling drive thru orders to care. Never again. If you find yourself in my shoes, either go to the Dunkin at 393 Little E Neck or 280 E Sunrise Hwy. The extra little drive is by far worth it compared to the wait at this place.

i went there and was a little confused because the girl didn’t have a dunkin shirt on when everyone else did. She made my drink wrong..i’m lactose intolerant and they put regular milk in my drink instead of oat milk. I love this dunkin it is always very clean and neat but this encounter made me a little uneasy.

I was in there earlier this morning and ordered a dozen doughnuts.  They didn't let me pick out the flavors I wanted and instead handed me a box of prepackaged doughnuts which were stale and overpriced.  It's best to patron a local bakery than to deal with this horrible place.

Literally the WORST dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The WORST. They don't have a set protocol about which milk is an allergen. Ea: Day 1 you can get oat milk in a shake. Day 2. You can't. Day 3. Wait no you can again.  They don't even know whats on their menu. I've Literally come for the same product 5 times. 1st time all good. 2nd time they said it was out of season. 3rd time they said they didn't sell it and when I said that it was on the menu they made it and asked me how much was it on there for. 4rth time they again said it was out of season. 5th time sold it no problem.  Today I drove by and Rose was clueless about what an allergen is. I was so fed up with them I canceled my order and went to another one.  Oh and they never have fresh donuts.

One employee had a mask around her neck, the other one did not have a mask at all. Neither of them washed their hands.  Didn't use the ice scoop. Reached into the lemon well with her bare hands to put lemons in my drink.. Barely looked up to greet us, then ran into the back room to continue goofing off the second we got our order. At least the Donuts were hard as rocks and we could used them to defend ourselves from attackers on the way home.
