Great place for iced coffee. That's all I order, but I'm reviewing here to give you what may make or break your experience. Get their app and order in advance otherwise you'll be sitting in Dunkin traffic.
They should really turn off mobile ordering especially when there is only ONE person working in the morning. I put a mobile order in the other day around 6:30AM. I got there about 650AM and my order was not ready, they weren’t even working on it when I got there either since there was only one person. Just turn off the mobile ordering!! This is not the first time this has happened to me. And also very very very slow there always though I must say!
Went in and it’s cute in there I guess but I asked for a medium drink and they gave me large and she didn’t hear me the first time so she asked what milk I wanted and she put in the wrong one still!! But they’re very nice here in just like cause of that order now. Whatever
A great stopover for the morning coffee. Although the employees could be a little better. I can't blame them too much though, the morning rush overwhelms them. A line of 5-10 people always appears during the morning. There is definitely room for improvement but I guess that would up to them. Complains about rude employees are somewhat true but it seems to be just one of them. She tend to always have a sour face. Parking: Nearby parking for dunkin isn't as easy. Spots are usually taken.
It's a dunkin donuts, clean fast ok
I went in this morning. Was waiting in the line for 15mins just to hear the hot chocolate machine broke down! Then I ordered a breakfast sandwich. This is the worse part THE VERY RUDE CHICK THAT WAS MAKING MY SANDWICH TOUCHED MY FOOD, MOVED THE GARBAGE BIN AND TOUCH MY FOOD AGAIN! THEN SHE HAD THE NERVE TO LIE ABOUT IT! I'm pregnant and I had to protect me and my baby. I will NEVER go back here! Especially in this pandemic common sense should tell you to be extra clean and cautious with people's food. I'm so upset!
Service is good but quality of coffee and doughnuts is poor when compared to all of the other good places in the neighborhood. It is a cheap option hence why I give it only 2 stars. But if you are desperate, then go here. Otherwise just drive 1 more block in any direction for better breakfast options.
Every time I visit the Hampton Bays location I leave happy! Even if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock they are FRIENDLY which is a necessity when customers come in. They acknowledge me before I even reach the counter, they smile, & if the item is not available they tell me when the delivery is expected. When I leave they always say "See you next time. Have a good day." The Hampton Bays store is completely different from the Southampton store! Having had a negative experience not too long ago I wrote a review on them also stating my displeasure with the staff there which made it so I will never stop there again even though it's closer. I stick by it.....
Not always a Dunkin' fan but they sure make it easy to impress!!! Highest standards for quick service!!!
Where do I start?? Every time I visit, we wait a really long time for service which is always poor. Store is dirty, they NEVER get an order right. Order a medium, you'll get a small. Have to repeat order slowly so the clerk comprehends. Two weeks ago, I ordered a birthday cake for my godson. Two days later I went to pick it up and they FORGOT to make it, even though I completed their stupid form. Today, the people in front of me ordered two coffees. Both orders were wrong and had to be redone. Then I tried to buy a cup of Pralines and Cream ice cream. They didn't have it. Also didn't have Mint Chip ice cream, settled for Vanilla. Their 31derful brands are down to a dozen at this store. And the Ice creme had freezer burn! Don't patronize this location!
