placed a mobile order and when i came to pick it up it wasn’t there , spoke to the manager and he was being rude telling me he couldn’t do anything because he didn’t have my name but i was showing him my mobile order receipt so idk why he needed my name . idk if they never made my order or if someone came in and just took it because another customer told me that ppl do come in and take other peoples order because it has happened to him smh . manager kept ignoring me. so i eventually left & made a complaint with customer service .

This location is big. Located on a corner, it has three entrances/exits. They serve the normal DD menu items, plus there are bananas, and cold beverages like orange juice, apple juice, etc. available. The staff are nice. I like going to this location because they have a nice assortment of donuts.

Horrible coffee at all stores. Donuts are stale and the coolata give me indigestion, although that was tasty at first. Dunkin is not for me. I prefer Italian coffee houses.

Ordered donuts and s frozen coffee. This company needs better training on how to handle food. The cashier fingers were touching donuts even though he was using the paper stop rushing. Then his fingers was in the whipped cream when he was spraying it into the cup. Coffee wasn't brewed correctly or something because it had sour taste. I've visited this dunkin donuts before and it was the same issue. Please rectify this situation.

This location is not a good location I get diarrhea from drinking their coffee. It's not hospitality welcoming lot of arrogant attitude.

The food was good, but........I don't understand why when ordering breakfast online, no matter the location, they forget to include ordered donuts, I just don't get it.

I don't think I've had one positive experience here and I've been coming here often since moving to the area a over a year ago. Usually get my order wrong, and I have to repeat myself multiple times, bagel not toasted properly but today's experience takes the cake!  The workers are rude, I specifically asked for her to stop talking over my food as she prepared it, and she continued right along as if I said nothing. Bad enough, you were talking over my foo, but I had to wait extra long when I did the pre-order in the app. Like what's the point if I still have to wait! I'm filing a complaint with the manager and will literally go ANYWHERE else but here. I don't care that it's the closest. The WORST customer service ever! I wish I could have given 0 stars.

I went in ordered my food and asked if I could wash my hands in the bathroom and cashier said “absolutely not” with a rude tone all her had to do was say no sorry not be rude for no reason
