I’m truly not a big fan of ice in my drinks due to teeth sensitivity. As I was cleaning out my purse today going through receipts I realized Duncan charges me $.25 because I asked for little ice? I guess they figured the average consumer would not notice $.25. I know I didn’t. I now know Dunkin is losing a customer.

This is by far the best Dunkin around. They always get my order right, it's fast, and the coffee is never stale or burnt like some of the other Dunkin's I've been to. I always stop here for my morning coffee when I can!Food: 5/5

Staff was not friendly & they sold "day old" donuts. I will never visit this location again. I remember when Dunkin Donuts sold the best donuts, sandwiches & drinks. This location is an embarrassment to the company.

Sat in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes and never got waited on. Mind you this was around 3 PM so they were definitely still open. When we finally got tired of waiting we drove up to the window and the guy sees us and waves us off. Never approached us or opened the window. Just waved us off. Terrible customer service, you need to fire this guy because clearly he can't do his job right. Regardless I will take my business elsewhere.

Needs newer menu items. Food average. Muffin was stale.Food: 2/5

Ordered new brown sugar oat latte ..paid $5.18..and got medium coffee with brown sugar flavor which I could have gotten for free.. didn't feel like driving back but always check your drink before you leave the store or drive through window!

Slow getting orders out unless your drive-thru

The only dunkin I go to that consistently messes up my orders. I've had to switch to plain everything since they can't get it right.

I go here just about every morning, never had a single issue. They're quick, the orders are correct, and even the drive through is a quick in and out. Definitely an on the run stop
