Disappointed in how much this place has changed.  Service used to be more professional. Atmosphere used to be clean. Batista arguing with customer about why too much milk in coffee. Service with a smile gone. Using the same gloves to prep food and touch counter open n close drawers. Not very cleanly. When I mention to the young man he just shrugged it off. I hope they get better soon.

I came to this location and purchased a coffee and needed to use the bathroom quick. But I was  formed that I could not use the bathroom. I think that is not appropriate to tell a customer especially of they are staying awhile to finish their coffee and snack. In addition, should I sit on the floor as there are no chairs but they have tables ?

The service is beyond amazing. I observed my server washing her hands after having handled money before putting on new gloves to prepare my order so kudos to her! I was truly impressed by that. I tried the Chipotle & brown sugar bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was really good... not too sweet with a little kick. Loved it. And the Vanilla Chai with almond milk was perfectly made too. This location is my new breakfast stop when I'm in the area and on the run!

10 munchkins for $2 yea this place is amazing best coffee on earth. Bagels    and the rest of food items is okay

Workers do not comprehend right. Always messing up peoples orders. Needs new management.

Don't order hot chocolate.  Very watered down. Very inconsistent.  Ordered mini bagels and 1/2 was warm, other half was cold! Annoyed!

I had a great experience here. They are so polite, especially in the morning. Now I can understand why the fire fighters loves going there for morning coffee. It is very convenient  given that there's a bus stop very close to the restaurant and they do have a little parking structure. The costumer service is great and pleae. . Try the hash browns I'd you like hash browns. You won't be disappointed.

I have officially boycotted this DD. Hard bagels, stale croissants and occasionally soft muffins. Don't get me started on their lattes! There is now way my latte should just taste like it came straight from a cow!! That to me is impossible!?! The employees are very kind and patient. But the Manager on the other hand... so rude. I told him I didn't want what he gave me because it was obviously hard as a rock. And he caught and attitude and yelled at me for asking for my $1.72 back!! Now I travel out of my way to get what I need. Just to ensure I don't waste my money.

As I walked in, I noticed I was the only customer in the store. However, NO ONE acknowledged me, they didn't greet, didn't say a word. Instead they looked at me and continued doing whatever they was doing prior to me walking into the store. My issue with this is not only was I in there for 2 mins without being assisted, but to not say hello? Or we will be right with you? Poor customer service! I just walked out. Never will I ever go into this establishment again. Clearly the whole staff needs training!!!
