I've been coming here for over 15 years and I have seen a huge decline. The help they have is horrible and if you get what you ordered, you're lucky. The line at the drive through wraps out to the street and most people end up wait 15 minutes for it not to move, then just pulling off and leaving. Absolutely horrible operation, and since the door is always locked, rating the atmosphere is impossible.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Dunkin. But everytime I come here my coffee never tastes good I always have to go back in and have them fix it. Not to mention the women who work the drive thru window are ALWAYS rude. Especially today on 11.19.22. And if you don’t order through the app, you’ll end up getting the wrong thing.
The restaurant is always filthy. They’re always out of everything. The staff doesn’t know their own menu or how to make anything. There is always a line around the block because the service is slow. It’s a gamble every time you order something whether they’re going to make it different from the last time you were here. This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin’s in America and the owner needs to close the store and just reset everything because this place is an icon to failure and an example of franchising a restaurant with no leadership.
The owner needs to come see the service here. Why does it take 18 minutes to service two cars in drive thru? The person taking the orders in the drive thru is not clear, does not tell you when she is ready for you to place the order, doesn't tell you to pull up, and talks too fast for over speaker.
Terrible location. Horrible staff. The drinks always have way too much creamer. On top of that they add sugar although you’ve asked them not to. And they add sugar when you don’t even ask for it. This location sucks. I don’t know who’s worse between this location and the one on albermarle. If you ever have to call this location, forget it. They will not answer. Half the time these people aren’t even on time for work. They NEED a new staff. I’m talking associates, managers, DMs, and regionals. Better yet just close the whole location and start over.
Drive thru is always 10 mins plus! Order is never right and when you question it you get attitude! Ordered a signature latte which comes only in a medium or large. Has whip topping and all the extras for 4.69! I get a small with nothing. She acts offended that I questioned her about it. But would not make it right! Last time there! Oh and 1 drink and an avocado toast was 10.59! GEEEEEZZZZ.......
Highly suggest the new iced brown batter toffee latte, it's so good. Perfect flavor with fresh donuts on the side!Food: 5/5
This is a great location. I frequently drive through here and orders are always correct. Coffee is hot and fresh, and bagels always as ordered. The staff are friendly and polite for the most part —there is the occasional happy camper working the window but aside from that, typically a good experience. Typical Dunkin serving what you’d expect —coffee, hot and cold, bagels, muffins, doughnuts, coffee cakes and more. Very easy on and off from the main road, though it’s not easy to spot —look for the Dunkin sign —the store is buried behind trees. Prices are what you’d expect from Dunkin and overall always a good experience.
This morning I went to a cafe at DD and I was carrying my cat in its carrier and at the end of my purchase, a person from DD ran me outside with my cat, told me that animals were not allowed inside the cafeteria, because I did not he said just entering? The lady allowed me to do my shopping first and then run away. It's rudiculous, in Starbucks they always allow me to enter and buy without any problem. Additionally, the person had no manners when yelling at me in front of everyone, possibly she had a bad day but the buyers are not to blame for it or our pets, I never took my kitten out of her carrier, and she was very rude to me. I will definitely not return to that place, there are ways to say things without offending.
This place has gotten worse and worse over the last year. Got coffee today that was so burnt we threw it away and stopped at a second coffee shop.Food: 1/5
