Love me some Dunkin frozen coffee.... Chocolate please! Of course!Food: 5/5

Much better than the newer flat rock location. Every time I go very early morning, the same man is working and he always does a fantastic job. Everything was included in my order and properly made.

Not only do they mess up orders, but the waffle cones were very stale. I only ordered two ice creams. One regular cone, one chocolate dip...they got the ice creams backwards and instead of correcting it they broke the chocolate off of the cone and acted like they put it in a new cone.

I got me a mint choc shake and let me tell you it was the worst i have ever had and it was like $4-5 hahaha never again. Theres no words for how bad it was so i took a pic to tell yall for me. It was white and not green like the pic as well.

Seriously never had a bad experience here. The morning staff are quick. I stop by 2-3 times a week and occasionally use the app to order. Everything including the breakfast sandwiches are consistent.  Update; 7/5 The lobby was closed this morning, no signage, zero explanation and lines to the road.

I ordered a large iced mocha latte at this location. When I was finishing the last bit of it there was a peanut in the bottom of it. Obviously this was physically cross contaminated from the restaurant as I had not bought anything nor eaten anything that day. This could have killed someone with a severe peanut allergy. It also makes me think how clean is it in the food prep area to have found a nut in my coffee? Sorry but you need to do better before you hurt someone.

This used to be my regular tea and treats pick up location. Lately my favorite Vanilla Chai tea  mostly hot, sometimes iced has been bad: inconsistent quality, inconsistent taste, prize went up, not so friendly staff...Just today ordered hot vanilla chai from drive through, it was luke warm, as I nicely drove around back to drive through, I was told that's as hot as it comes !? I asked money back and left unhappy, again. Disappointed.

I'll never come back. Rude staff. Anytime I try and order a smoothie they simply say "no". Doesn't matter if it's 6 am, 10am, or 3 pm. Always refused a smoothie no matter what at this dunkin Baskin combo. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru just to be told no and have to find other options for my kids and myself.

I go through the drive thru about 3 mornings a week. I order and pay on the app usually the same thing every day.  The young women that work there between 7-8:30 are terrific!  My order is always right and when I forget to add the mocha to my latte, they add it for me. They have even run it out to my car for me a few times so I don’t have to wait in the long line.  5 Service!

I live in the area and trust me you might as well go to the Dunkin Donuts on Sibley Rd inside the Sunoco gasstaion. Lattes taste like hot milk everytime! I’ve tried it numerous times. Ownership and the way those employees were trained is the issue.
