Service has gotten better. But they made my coffee wrong twice. I always have to ask for a stopper which they have run out of too much. Which makes no sense. Also breakfast sandwiches are not fresh and for the cost point need to be.Food: 4/5
WOW if Starbucks continued to employ people like this, they’d run out of business. I have never been so discriminated against, disrespected, and felt such an awful experience as I have here. The staff is rude, yells at their customers, lies about them, and won’t accommodate you even in the cases they should bc it was their mistake. Astounding! This is the place you go if you don’t have self respect and want to be treated badly. What an awful place to start anyones day. Don’t go here! Beware!
Always quick & coffee made properly. Never have an issue. Drive thru is always busy but they move cars quickly. Never an issue with customization.
One of my favorite locations. A busy store but baristas are accurate and excellent. They've given us great customer service many times.
Always when I come to drink coffee I see the same thing all over America. I have one problem: 1. When you order the whole activity, too, when there are no people to press for a long time when they serve me; 2 Always check the toilet is very dirty., 3. The chair and the table are dirty; 4. In the paintings of pil and dirt; 5. On the floor garbage; long latte make coffee; I love coffee right here but there is no surf., In many places it is cleaner and more pleasant. I do not advise anyone to go to this Starbucks network
Came to pay with a 100 dollar bill and was polietly told they couldnt take my cash because they couldnt return my full change, left and came back to a middle age man losing it at the employes calling them awful names, handled it very professionally this guy was irate over how they couldnt return his change to him with the bill he was trying to pay with, only if 50 year olds were ok with being told life doesnt go there this staff wouldnt have to be harrassed constantly

The ladies who are working the drive through are very sweet and helpful. I'm new to the coffee world and they made ordering a fun experience. Highly recommend for the service. If Starbucks gives employees reviews definitely give them a +1! Thanks from the Israeli bobsled team
3 out of the last 5 times my order has been wrong. Person taking order got it right and the sticker on the cup is correct. But the drink in the cup was very wrong! What part of “iced Venti latte” means put mocha in it? Geez!!!!!!!
First time using the Starbucks App today I messed up my order, I told the barista and they helped me get what I originally intended to order. Thank You!
