I absolutely love this gas station. 100% one of my favorite places between the selection and employees kindness. But since new owners have taken over they do not allow you to buy alcohol with an ID that they can not scan. I.E passport or government ID. This is a buzz kill, pun intended. I hope they figure out a way to get around this or they are going to loose that cash flow.
Nice big location. Not very clean. Guaranteed to be one of the most expensive places for gas, consistently. It's still a Speedway, but I'm going to avoid this location.
Place smells inside. Old deep frying oil. Get better ventilation. lol buying alcohol with a passport or gov id? Maybe alcohol isn’t what you need.
This is my favorite Speedway with their Speedy Cafe and the full variety of drinks, snacks and the Beer Cave! I often drive out of my way to get breakfast different egg sandwiches and lunch sub sandwiches here. Clean bathrooms, often lowest gas prices and friendly staff.
This is a very nice station. I feel very safe and secure here even early morning or late evening. There is a long-term manager and the consistency shows. For a long time pre-COVID the staff didn't change either but there's been a lot of changes lately. This station is usually very clean, is handicapped accessible, and has a handicapped accessible bathroom. There is plenty of room for a wheelchair between aisles and around the counter. Staff will help get a product down if you ask.
Had a phone conversation here while looking for something to drink. I was rudely told to wrap things up and leave, that's why we don't have chairs. After one of the worst days I've had in years, this was the cherry on top. 12/1 close to midnight.
Lunchtime arrived at 12:40 pm only one person was working in the cafe. I ordered 1 sandwich and an order of tater tots, this order took 15 minutes to complete. The worker stopped to go take off her gloves and talk to her friend who entered the establishment just to chat with her. The other lady had to glove up and finish making my order. This was extremely frustrating and I didn't even receive an apology for my extended wait time. The staff at the register did not ask for my speedy card for my reward points which is a missed opportunity for increased sales. The property around the building was full of trash and the dumpster area was left open, very unprofessional and displeasing to the eye of a customer.
Everything is great there except a couple people what their customer service skills. I understand people can have a rough day but to encounter the same couple of people with the bad attitude and rudeness is getting ridiculous. Especially when you approach with hello how are you today and A thank you when you’re done and they just stare at you like whatever. One of them is Amber. Like you’re bothering her. I was just about a month or two there was great people in there. Either that or it’s just the afternoon shift.
Not very clean or speedy lines usually takes far too long to get through a line of 3 people and the bathrooms are disgusting, decent food though can't say how cleanly it is in the kitchen
Store appearance and cafe quality is amazing however employees are always being degraded while you shop by management which makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable as well as if management is the one ringing you up treats you as if you are taking up their time by being in her store. Overall if you can go to another speedway to use your points i would advise taking the extra time to go elsewhere.
