Disgusting. The hashbrowns I received today are most definitely a day old and are cold. Not crispy at all. Why would they give someone this? The others are in the bag. I’ve never had any Dunkin’s hash brown that wasn’t crispy so I knew something was off and when I took a bite of one could tell it was cold and old. Here’s a photo to show the outside and the way they’re breaking. An old hash brown.

I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 hash brown, breakfast sandwich, 2 donuts, and an unsweet tea. Was given everything separately, you really need bags to put your products in. I asked for a bag for the sandwich, they told me ti put it with the hash browns. Only way it would fit would be sideways. Makes no sense. Then I received a sweet tea instead of the unsweet tea I ordered. When I told them to nevermind about the bag, they called me rude. Really not interested in going back.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a hot latte. I had to wait for it and then somehow the drink they just made was lukewarm. This was my first time going to this location in over a year because of past problems and I see they haven’t improved.

So friendly so clean and so fast honestly I was blown away at how sweet they were today was national coffee day and it was my first time going to this location Simone was the one at the drive-through window and let me tell you she is definitely an asset I cannot brag enough!! She took her time and telling me all the flavors when I was ordering my coffee and look at these donuts I was surprised with!

I wanted to use the bathroom before I placed an order. They have the bathrooms locked. I asked for a key to go to the bathroom before I placed my order as it seems backwards to place your order and handle your food with dirty hands. I was told I had to order first before I could get the key.

Super fast, friendly service through the drive thru. Coffees were great!Food: 5/5

Terrible experience. Lazy employees that do not care. The location is very difficult to get into and out of.

Came by today6-26 around 6pm from another Dunkin which messed up my order, asking for it to be remade. The workers were very understanding and kind, and remade my drink, apologizing even tho it was not their fault. I will be coming by more often, great service, AMAZING coffee!

Even though they were out of a couple holiday flavors the friendly staff made the experience fun and tasty.Recommended dishesDonuts

Hard to get in and out of placed on a busy road and an overall small & sketchy environment, but the workers themselves were really polite and the donuts were good.Food: 5/5
