Best McDonald's in the Winston Salem area. It's open late, the employees are always nice, the food isn't just thrown together, and the restaurant is always clean. When I go to any other McDonald's, I never know what I'm gonna get. But the Lewisville-Clemmons location is consistently the best.

China, at the drive thru window, was very kind and had a wonderful attitude! The food was hot, fresh, and made exactly how we wanted it!Food: 5/5

I love McDonald's. I have lived in this town for decades. My family and friends have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this specific store. I ask very nicely for fries well done where there is a specific button on their register for that purpose. It will show up well done on the screens behind, in front, and for the people preparing the food. I have been polite everytime I ask for the specific request. I will not mess with your drive thru times I will pay and pull up and wait. I have always made that clear. I have yet to ever receive a well done fry. This is pathetic. IT IS ON THE SCREEN. My big Mac came with sauce on one quarter lettuce on the second onions on the third and cheese on the last. It is seriously not that hard to make a decent big Mac. An extra ten seconds maybe. This place is going down hill.

The food was hot and good served quickly and service was good. However, a lot of the hand sanitizers were empty. They closed the drive-through early without posting it.

This McDonalds was great! The drive-thru was quick, our order was right, and the food was good. Not sure if this location is having staffing issues like every other fast food place around the country, but as an out-of-towner, I'm impressed with these employees. They were really nice and got us through the line quickly.Food: 4/5

I usually go to the one in mocksville, but since I needed to go to pet supermarket we stopped by and grab some food. The service was great as well as the food but the fries were barely warm. Can't complain though! I always give props to people who work customer service.Food: 4/5

Shout out to this store! We stopped for breakfast on 2/17/23 and I felt like it was pre-covid ! Clean, well-staffed, busy, and quick service times. My bagel breakfast sandwich was perfect--yay, it's  back!

I don't eat McDonald's, I'm a door dasher. That being said this is the best kept McDonald's that I've seen in the area of Clemons/ Lewisville/ Winston Salem/ Advance. It's always very clean and they are always on top of things no matter how busyFood: 1/5

I go to this location once a week to get sausage biscuits to have a biscuit for the rest of the week for breakfast. They're actually good reheated in the microwave. It's so nice to see familiar faces consistently! The lady on the morning crewsorry I don't know her name is particularly friendly and super funny. I know I'm going to leave there smiling and that is a great start to my day.The food is always good and the morning crew is always super nice. Service is always fast and accurate. Thank you to the morning crew for always getting it right!
