As a previous daily Customer, Banana man is Great.. But the manager in the white shirt with his hair slicked back always seems incompetent. He’s so clueless about what he is doing. Consistently interrupting you when you place your order in the drive through and then messes your order up. There has been multiple occasions when I received coffee with no flavor, but I ALWAY orders two different flavors in my coffee usually vanilla and caramel but for the holidays I do pumpkin and caramel. Now if you correct him at the ordering screen in advance, his response will be “I’ve been doing this for over 20 years” and have an attitude about it. After that last time, we have not and WILL NOT be going back. If you want excellent service don’t go to the one by Stemmers on Eastern, hit the newer Dunkin on the corner of North Marlyn and Eastern instead. They are on point every single time

I'm telling y'all this is the best Dunkin I ever went to honestly their coffee tastes like heaven in my mouth, and all the workers are very respectful!

I don't recommend the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. I had previously never had one before until about a week ago when a friend surprised me with Door dash breakfast from Dunkin. I tried the refresher and it was pretty good but I got really sick after and ended up having to go to the ER due to the severity of my symptoms.  I didn't really associate the sickness with the DDrefresher until I got another one today and started having the exact same symptoms directly after taking a few sips. Obviously I've stopped drinking it and hope the symptoms will go away without me having to go back to the hospital but anyway.. something is not right with those refreshers

Why are you serving 3 day old munchkins?? Gross. They are not supposed to be hard and crunchy. Maybe they were older than 3 days.

Dunkin’ has done it again with out standing service. If it’s not what you order they will get it right! Great Customer service on 1/31/22. Thank you to the ladies who work that day! Keep up the good work.

Not only did I wait at the drive-through window for over 10 minutes for my order to be ready which by the way was only three items, One of those items were supposed to come with dipping sauce which the store ran out of it had they told me that I would not have purchased it. But they did not when I pulled back around I tried to go in the store to see about the dipping sauce the doors were locked which the store was open. Went back through the drive-through is when they informed me they did not have any dipping sauce and instead of offering me a refund the girl was very snooty and unprofessional and slammed the drive-through window in my face

I go here every day for coffee. The staff are very friendly.Food: 5/5
