This was one of the worst experiences at this location. I had a half hour to get to work which was right around the corner waited in line just to order for 15-18 minutes it was me and a car at the speaker. After I said my order, they repeated it back and never told me how much it was, which you should cause not everyone uses credit card. Pulled up to the windown to find the girl taking money texting on her phone, no wonder everything was super slow, she finished her text before even greeting me. When I received my drink the first time they put no whipped cream in it, told them then double checked the receipt, yes I did and also had to pay for it shouldn't have to pay for it if the photo in the board shows the drink with it, hello false advertisement. When I got it back I put it in the holder and didnt touch it until I got in to work....where I found a hair in it. No it wasn't mine as it was IN the coffee mixture. The whole time I was at dunkin took a total of 27 minutes. I have never waited that long, nor had this back of service. At least my sandwich I got was hot, correct and with no hair in it.
We LOVE this location, but we will literally only go if we know Heather is working. She's so pleasant to interact with and seems to be the only person who can get orders done correctly. She's such a blessing to this location. Heather deserves a raise and a promotion!
I give this store one star, but if I could I would give it none, because the new management is horrible. I use to come to this location every morning, simply because the service was amazing. The last few weeks have been horrible. The new person at the window is not courteous or pleasant at all. Money is miscounted and sometimes there is only one person on duty. I guess I have to find a new Dunkin.
My experience with this location is …. The line is always long , there are ALWAYS SIDE CONVERSATIONS between the individual taking the orders in drive through & someone they are working with so it confuses the customer if the person taking the order is speaking to them or coworkers. Proceeds to pick up orders conversion still going on while taking the customer money.. there is no good morning… hello or nothing just give the money so you can get this order… No napkins … No thank you or anything! My thoughts and opinions are as follows not everyone is suitable for customer service employment so if you have a problem with dealing with the public with a wide variety of people , this isn’t the job for them!
Probably the worst dunkin donuts ever. The donuts are old but that's not even the bad part if you don't want to wait on ppl don't work customer service is all I'm going to say he didn't give me proper donut I asked for mixed I got 2 of the 4 they had out I was literally afraid to correct the guy that's how rude he was n that's if I did make out what he was saying he definitely didn't want to be there. So seeing as I I literally work in the same shopping center I will not be back I drive to another dunkin donuts. Maybe focus on customer service instead of scrubbing a clean wall which was odd with help wanted signs all over no wonder. Honestly they couldn't handle my small order I will not be back.
i have been a regular to this dunkin for the past 5 years and have grown quite fond of all the employees of this place and i always get me a matcha and or pumpkin spice/ coffee the regular employees know me until this recent manager who came to the window 10/08/22 while i was trying to redeem my free drink which i redeemed in-front of the cashier the new “manager” was being very rude and basically tried to get me to come into the store after me stating that i was late for my job at this point. and then after trying to redeem it infront of her again she started to basically refuse me. i showed her the expiration date which was until next month and still she continued to refuse my business. it’s been 2 weeks since then. i have other friends who are also regulars there have similar situations and now don’t even wish to return which i’m contemplating as well if this is how the new manager wishes to act towards her customers an employees from what i see i don’t believe this dunkin will flourish
The window operator forgot to give us any straws for our drinks. I spent a full minute calling out to her from my car while parked at the window, but she was on FaceTime and completely ignored our calling. The window was open the entire time so it's not as though she couldn't hear us. This location has the single worst customer service that I've ever seen.
The food, coffee and tea is good when it's given to you correctly. Depending on who served you, the service is great. Atmosphere isn't all that wonderful when you have to listen to employees arguing and cursing.Food: 3/5
The manager is best friends with her employers so every time I come through drive thru it’s goofing off going on! My Coffee is NEVER made right.
The best first cup in town! The manager is always smiling polite and will to make your day better.
