Have gone here twice in one week and coffee was wrong both times. Asked for hot coffee and consistently received iced coffee drinks. It's kinda of sad that this location is not as great as it can be...especially for where they are located. I stopped going here for about a year and was hopeful that things were better. Unfortunately, not so much. On the bright side it did inspire me to make my own coffee at home.see picture. Also, the bacon avocado toast was good the first time I tried it, however, the second time it was just okay and not exactly like the first time.
This is the most convenient Dunkin’ for my drive to work. It’s the worst. Every single iced coffee I get tastes like water with a bomb of sugar. I’ve tried altering the amount of vanilla and cream down to 1 pump of some and none of stuff I usually get at any other Dunkin’. It never looks or tastes like coffee. I wish I could drink hot coffee in the summer. EDIT 9-29-2021: tried to give this a shot. Again. Tastes like sugared watery milk.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they charge 32 cents for the jelly. Why would I need to pay extra for a condiment when that should be complimentary with the sandwich.
The wait time wasn't long and the drink was hot but I had to remind them to provide my condiments.Food: 3/5
I've come here for the last 8 months attempting to buy a chocolate donut and they are always out....each and every time. No kidding. Their location gives them a great opportunity but they are blowing it big time. I won't be back.
Do not go here in the morning for a "quick stop"!! 30min in drive through line because they were only taking 1 order at a time! Coffee was scalding hot after I let it cool & my croissant stuffer was still half frozen!!! HORRIBLE!!!
My wife works in the area where this Dunkin is located. She encountered discrimination at the this location. She was told when she went into the store that they were short staffed and orders need to be made on the app which was not working. After attempting to do so she was told that she would have to use the drive through. While she was still in the location another customer came and was asked to use the app when the other customer said the same thing about the app not working she simply took her order without question. So I can’t understand why my wife was not given the same service as she did the same thing this other customer did. We will be submitting a formal complaint against this location.
I would like to reverse review to raise awareness to ignorance at this location. I usually stop at Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to work at Breakthru Beverage distributors that is also down the road from this Dunkin’ Donuts location every morning. Yesterday on March 17 around 9:08 AM pay who’s going to Dunkin’ Donuts and decided to go inside instead of waiting in a long line. When I went inside I did read the sign that says that they are not serving and only doing mobile pick up inside. And then proceeded to open up my Dunkin’ Donuts app and to place an order however it did not give me the option it. The screen cap generating verifying that this location is unavailable for mobile orders, I tried several times to see if it was just my cell phone or lack of network connection from my cell phone. But it was saying the same thing and I asked a young lady behind the counter and had glasses on I believe she had maybe a dark green/dark black color like a hombre color hair. I asked her if she knew that the mobile app for this location was not working and there wasn’t an option to place an order in a cup redirecting me back to the same page. She said no she didn’t know that and I asked her what I wanted to place an order how can I do that if your mobile app is not working? Dunkin’ Donuts server and then told me I would need to wait in line in the drive-through if it’s not working so I understand that she was stressed due to the amount of orders they were receiving and it did look like they were short staffed but I just did not like her tone but I just started walking away from the counter when another woman that was not my skin tone verify the same thing that the mobile app is not working and she need to place an order, the server then asked her what do you need to order? I immediately turned around and asked you’re going to serve this lady that just came in and didn’t ask me that option if I needed to order or what I needed to order? I said it in a very calm way and the server began to tell me that I don’t need to be irate? Even the other customer beside me made a comment of she’s not being irate she’s asking you a question. I saw where this was going and I did not want to take the bait I told her that I am not doing any more service at this location and I will definitely let all of my colleagues know how I was treated. I have always supported Dunkin’ Donuts even when I lived in Boston I’ve never had a problem with their service and I was so disgusted by how I was treated and very disappointing how just on my way to work I can still be discriminated against.
We practically go every morning during the week, they now have our order memorized. We enjoy going there, friendly staff.
It was my first time stopping by to grab a cup of coffee from this store. One minute after the coffee has placed an order from the Dunkin' mobile app, it was ready for pick up in the store. Those two ladies working at the curbside pick-up area were courteous and friendly. Overall, this store was clean and neat. While sipping hot coffee, something caught in my mouth, and it was a small piece about one and a half-inch long of the plastic wrapper. How did it get inside my coffee? I have no idea. Good thing that I did not swallow it.
