It's a fast food breakfast place, some days good some not. Prices went up but that's everywhere. They do give a 5% senior discount.

Server forgot our donuts...not even busy and forgot 2 of 4 things 2 minutes later. Coffee full of grounds! No apology. First time back to that location and not impressed at the 2 employees lack of awareness.

Please stop putting granulated sugar in iced drinks. Make simple syrup and I’ll give you a 5star review and buy y’all lunch. Deal?

This is one of the best dunkins I've ever been to. Their donuts for whatever reason are always delicious and amazing. The staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in. Enjoy!

I used to frequent this location because of it’s convenient location, but the service is truly poor. The drive thru takes such a long time. I’m not entirely sure why, but they seem to move at a snail pace. Additionally, if you come later in the day the donuts will not be fresh. I decided to venture off to the DD next to I-84 in the gas station in Danbury and their donuts are much better and they move MUCH faster. I wish that were the case at this on since it’s super close to my house. I do hope the service gets better.

Back in March 2021 this place was the bees knees, super fast drive- up window service that was hard to believe. Now, it's August, I've been patronizing the place regularly for 5 months, and the service is a husk of what it once was. I don't know what changed or why, but today's lunch run was disappointing. I asked for extra and didn't get it. I asked for sweetened and got unsweetened. It's not the first time this has happened, which is why I'm leaving such a negative review. I don't like leaving negative reviews. I don't have time to run back in to have my orders fixed though because I only have 30 mins for lunch. All she has to do is pay better attention to what was ordered.

Nice place. Ordered a brown sugar cold brew cold foam the other day and it was one of the best coffees ive ever had. Came back the next day and ordered it again, but it came out like a normal cold brew that cost me $2 extra :/

Fresh hot decaf coffee was perfectly made to order.

Although this location advertised $2 medium hot or iced sunrise blend both inside and outside the store, they refused to honor the promotional deal. There was no restrictions indicating a required order time or other stipulations and the cashier could offer no explanation as to why they were falsely advertising and failing to fulfill this promotion.

Love their hazelnut frozen coffee .Food: 5/5
