I really enjoy this location. The night workers3rds are amazing. The always have a smile on there face and they make you feel important. The cleanliness changed my mind about gas station food, I will now eat it but only at this location. I don't have anything bad to say about this place!!!

worst experience ever, drove from indiana and stopped by here to get a gas then decided to take a sleep little bit on their parking lot at 4am, but finally the guy with a long hair cashier called a cop and try to kick me out from their parking lot. thanks

Sure, good gas. But costumer service is awful. The employees are rude, all seem like they don’t want to be there, leave the floor messy and dirty all the time. If your coin change is less than ten cents they won’t give it to you. Also, if you have any sort of bag you have to leave them outside. Bad service, bad employees, do not recommend.

The short story of the gas station- Absolutely terrible customer. The problem I have is the sheer lack of any customer service as complete lack of urgency to get customers in and out the door. The gas station relies on regular customer who either know them to some degree, the great location, or folks who don’t care about customer service. They don’t say anything more than absolutely necessary. No hello, no how are you doing, did you find what your looking for. Absolutely nothing.  Tonight they had one register open with 5 people in line and one checking out. The other employee was cleaning stuff up. The 5 of us waited in line close to 5 minutes before the line start moving. During this time the other employee started moving stuff around where the registers are. Then the person in front of me went to check and was told quietly that she was closing the register. I was also told this. By the time I and the other 4 people got to the other register, there was 4 people in front of us. They flat out knew they were closing the register and opening the other. The employee that opened the other register walked right by the line and knew folks were waiting in line, yet she chose to take no action and say anything. When confronted about this, she said,”tough luck, you are dirty my counter I just cleaned”. I plan to avoid this gas station from this day on and I’ll spread the word.

Horrible rude management.. can't stand to go to this place any longer and when the town has many selections within a mile or even less . Yeah.. I'll go elsewhere.. never had a run in with any management, just sloppy and rude.

Seems to be a trend in this county especially this town. As usual you can count on having extremely long lines, coolers that aren't stocked, and employees who don't know what they're doing.

I have been coming to bethel for a long time and I can say that they are the best store as far as rewards program and fountain drinks.

Mulch all over the front of parking lot skids and shrink wrap sitting outside when it should be in a dumpster. I live in Bethel and dont like the way this place makes Bethel look

Don't ask for straws or you be talked to like a child.....
