Who actually lets two customers go to the speaker give no answer then pull up to the window to get completely ignored. At least have the courtesy to put up a sign or just don’t go to work, find a more suitable job instead of wasting people’s time. Hopefully the managers care a bit more to hire adequate employees and not ones who will ruin an owner’s investment..

Literally sat in line for the third time for more than 15 minutes with one car in front of me waiting for someone to take my order. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous I have never seen a slower moving coffee place in my life. Never again wasting way too much time and I ordered ahead. They are either understaffed or have the laziest staff ever either way I’ll drive out of my way next time it will prob be quicker

Went inside to order at noon. Ordering screen was down. I ordered a dozen donuts and a frozen coffee pumpkin swirl. Associate was trying to hand me a frozen hot chocolate. He attempts to remake my order. Didn't put whip cream on like I asked. He handed me the half corrected drink and said "sorry the drink over filled and got everywhere". I said uh ok and attempted to clean up. Donuts were not fresh not sure when they made them? Definitely not going to waste my time at this location again.

Order a mobile order @8am for drive thru. Med ice coffee and maple bacon Croissant. Croissants come with egg but mine didn't. Then went inside to correct literally didn't leave out until after 8:45. And then the bacon on that one was not maple, order still incorrect and customer service was horrible. They see you standing there and you think anyone opened their mouths to see what you needed. Please work on not ignoring the customer and order accuracy.

I came to this location and knew there would be a little wait, but never thought that I actually wouldn't receive my food. I waited for 30 minutes on the inside and they only serviced the drive thru. The lady behind me waited just as long for a snackin bacon.  I ended up wasting 30 minutes because all I left with was a refund at my request. Oh, I was offered a donut for my wait, but they should have attempted to fix my order! They need serious training. 6 ppl were preparing drive thru orders, NO ONE prepared orders for the inside. They just looked at us.

Worste Dunkin donuts ever used to be great but now everyone horrible. My last 4 orders have been placed and they screwed up my coffees and always have an excuse why they can't make my food they said a couple times they're gonna refund it never did. Lastly today a chunky lady that's Spanish with curly bright red hair tiff was very rude snotty and we ordered our stuff 15 mins prior to showing up walked in said how can I help you I told her she said she'll get to it when she can and started taking other people's orders.

I have bad past experience I actually stopped at the Lutz Location yet due to my timing.  Opted to give the Fletcher location another chance, line was long went inside. Iced caramel Latte, extra caramel and whip no whip. Egg and cheese croissant burnt, medium hash round came with 4 in the bag burnt, bagel with cream cheese hard and 2 donuts.  After the wait the only thing was ok was the 2 glazed donuts. I had no choice but to call it in to corporate,  beyond upset.

Whoever worked last nights shift definitely gave us great service and a tasty bacon and egg croissant!! I never leave a review but the gentleman who worked, did an awesome job.. thank you.

Worst Dunkin ive ever been to. Some employees are friendly but most are lazy and dont care about providing correct food. I ordered a cookie butter donut and the woman said I ordered a glazed donut and 2 bagels. My french vanilla iced coffee was rancid and the cup said original..when I informed the employee she told me the "other coffee" was vanilla. I had only ordered one coffee. Awful restaurant with worse staff

Excellent service, very friendly people.  I had to work there for 2-hours while my car was being repaired nearby and I appreciated how service oriented they were.  For a moment I forgot that I was at a chain and felt like I was in a small town coffee shop.
