I try to give this location the benefit of doubt being as the am person always informs me they are alone. Which to me is a big no no! But how are you constantly our of breakfast products? How to you make soggy burnt hashbrowns and give them to me in the bag like this. Avocado toast looks good until you try and take a bite and it's hard as a rock.

Had a horrible experience at this Dunkin. The lady at the drive thru was very rude and cut off my friend every other word. I got a dubkin refresher and the cup was filled to the brim with ice. I took a couple sips and it was gone.

I know it’s 2022 and no one wants to work thanks to the leadership we have in office but this place neglects walk ups so don’t try to enter the store and order they will neglect you and their only focus is on dive through. It’s terrible that they are overwhelmed with all these fancy coffee drinks and food items when they are short staff and can’t focus on all their clients. Here is an idea. Remove all the food and fancy drinks until you have enough employees to cater to those people and just serve things that are quicker and can be done while you have less employees at one time.

I walked up today and the girl was chatting with a guy. I waited a minute and realized she hadn't even processed the order for him yet and left me waiting without even acknowledging me.  So I left as I was in a slight rush. Never going back.

Stopped by to get a refresher. Absolutely disappointed learning that YOU HAD NO CUPS, NO SUPPLIES,NO INGREDIENTS WHATSOEVER. YOU HAD TO BORROW A CUP FROM THE OWNERS TO GIVE ME ICED TEA. I TOOK OFF, never to return.  Skip this location until they learn how to manage and KNOW LOGISTICS.  GET IT TOGETHER OR LOSE $$.

It’s like they are retarded they always getting my order wrong first the hot coffee naw a donut !!! I ordered a latte and they gave me a hot coffee naw I ordered a Boston cream and they gave me a powdered donut ! THE WORST DUNKIN I ORDER AT . I only order here b/c it’s close to my job !!!

Hands down, one of the worst establishments I’ve ever been to. Customer service is their absolute last concern. My order is incorrect 9/10 times. They have lied to me multiple times when I try to confirm my order before leaving. I’ll ask an employee if they put an ingredient in my drink I requested and they said they did they didn’t. On top of consistently botched orders, excessive waits, and lack of ingredients normal DD’s have, they are rude to their core. I have seen the male manager there confrontational with multiple customers, including myself. It’s the only DD in the area. But I’ll no longer be a customer there. Corporate needs to look into this location.

I went there today to buy a dozen donuts so I could bring them as a gift but there was nothing to chose from. They had three 3 donuts in total  and very few donut holes. The donuts looked like they were sitting there since yesterday. I decided to get what I could get but I couldn’t even get service. There was only one person working and she was serving the drive through. She eventually came over but it was after I waited 11 minutes. Eh. No thanks. Don’t plan on ever going back.

Saturday 7/16 @12:20 in the afternoon... "We don't have any food, none at all" -Girl working  Nice work here guys! Crushing it!

If I could give this location a 0 I would. It is the absolute worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. Staff is not friendly, I ordered a pumpkin cream cold foam coffee and they put brown sugar on top of it instead of pumpkin spice, it tasted absolutely horrible I wanted to vomit after the first sip. Secondly, when I pulled up to the window to order they say they don’t have any food options on the menu except for donuts and coffee. I needed an unsweetened iced tea and they don’t even have that. I don’t understand how you can run a business like this one. It is absolutely horrible. Management won’t do anything. Corporate needs to get involved immediately.
