Went inside....absolutely nobody on line...stepped on the appropriate area wanting to be called....close to the drive through window they were 3 associates talking and laughing, one of them made eye contact with me...nothing was said....at the same time,  a young lady was around the service counter walking back and forth from one corner to the other one stocking up some supplies and participating on the conversation...she as well made eye contact with me not once but twice...nothing was said....I waited...but..no luck....after about 10 minutes...I said to the male associate...hi, excuse me....am I missing something or I am in the wrong area for service?....he replied....she is right there pointing to the young lady....I said...yes but....he cut me off repeating she is right there...at that point I said...thanks and she laughing out with him took my order  "I will be right with you"..."give me a moment please"...."she will be right with you"...."hello,  how can I help you"...."hi, can I take your order"  None of the previous statements were made...those are very important and common customer service standard statements  I don't think I will be stepping into that location again...probably not all the associates will act the same way based on the shift but the experience I had was beyond the poorest customer service experience.

The manager, Michael, is very pleasant to interact with. He gave me a free smoothie upgrade that was much appreciated. I could not help but notice that for the entire 40 ish minutes I was at the establishment, he walked around greeting customers and cleaning up the property outside.

One of the McDonald's experiences we've ever had! Everyone was beyond nice and helpful, and all our food was perfection. The fries and nuggets were super fresh!Food: 5/5

Came by 2/26 at 1:10 am. No one answered the drive thru. We could see one black male staff in there standing around. He ushered us away with a wave of his hand. Would not open window to talk or take orders. Is this a 24 hour place? No staff working the drive thru. Multiple cars came and left. All lights were on and working in the drive thru. The recorded “will you be using your benefits..” sounded when you pulled in.

Very pleasantly surprised! We went at about 8PM at night and the fries were fresh and piping hot! Ever ordered the box of cookies? Those were made fresh to order and hot from the oven. For a fast food visit? This was great!Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes

It's McDonald's.  Having worked there when we had ALL AMERICAN competition and were proud of where we worked almost 40 years ago, I don't expect much anymore, because nobody cares about anyone else anymore!  The world has gone to pot and McD's along with it!!  And it's hard to frigbdruck up the simplicity of a double cheeseburger!!Food: 4/5

I go to McDonald's for breakfast most mornings. This location was my first time here and it stick out due to I dine in. I observed an employee come in from outside he did wash his hand properly but what stuck out was dried up blood to be on his arm which killed my appetite. I always eat the whole meal but I was  sick to my stomach after I seen that, now I'm not downing the employee because he may have a medical condition. But it should Definitely cover up with some form of medical wrap and long sleeve.
