Went to this Dunkin today and had a very poor experience. I ordered at the counter and the lady who helped me out was very sweet. We received one of the 4 drinks we had ordered. After standing there for fifteen minutes I said something about my order to one of the workers. She ended up making me my drinks in which she rushed and talking about other customers and “getting them out of the Dunkin” she clearly did not want to be there. Below is a picture of the SAME drink I got and look at the color difference! This was very upsetting.
It has literally been 27 years since I last had Dunkin's. I just had to go back and share it with my family. I got an assortment. Staff was polite and timely. The Iced latte was very good, 5 . The donuts were lackluster. I'm sure the recipes have changed over the years, its not the way I remember it. Either way, 3 star. Not the best and not the worst. It's right down the middle.
Did not appreciate the cashier getting an attitude with me, I had to step away before I snapped on her. She needs a better attitude if she is working with the public like that! However the lovely lady that made our frozen coffees is amazing thank you!
Cashier was wearing a hair bonnet. Just gross! People sleep in these things and perform other activities in such items. A bon-disposable hair bonnet over food is just nasty. If you don’t have time to comb your hair then the likelihood of one washing their hands is low. Just gross!
Not the best but also not the worst. It is in a very ghetto area of Tampa but you can get in and get out quick and its kept ok. No drive-thru even though it is in a busy area and next to the road. Also there are usually bums eating or standing/hanging around in the outside table area. Staff was ok, just 2 young kids that got the job done but no personality to even smile and well they were talking loudly about their social life which honestly you don't want to hear about someone's dating life while waiting for your Dunkin order.
They serve my favorite doughnuts. Peaceful place to visit.
Yes it's been a honor to be in a wonderful atmosphere with great southern hospitality & to be remembered to be treated with great healthy morals. The work I do is contribute to help the local community doing outreach family community services & to be able to get my work done knowing that my tasks consist of much attention too & to be able to go to a local place that's home to me is such a great healthy outlet. I have been treated with much harmony, patience & courtesy from a lot of Funkin dougnuts workers like ”James a.k.a. J & Liz” & to other names I forgot to remember but once I get them I'll definitely look forward to even write such a beautiful testimony of how else the even treated me to. I give thanks for dunk in doughnuts again happy southern hospitality thank you from ”Sak’Chi”.
We tried a fall variety dozen of donuts on a Sunday morning and they were all horrible. They lack flavor and they were very dry. Worst Donuts ever. Will not get Donuts from here again.
They said they couldn't make me hot food because they had cleaned the grill and no type of muffins nor donuts, never come back here ever! Wheelchair accessibility: Access for wheelchair !
I come to this store to get my coffee on my way in to work and sometimes on my way home or on my day off because they make my coffee right and some time I get muffins or donuts or my fav. Bacon egg and cheese croissant yummy . The people who work here are great friendly and the store is clean to thank you
