I made an "on the go" order to try out the new salted caramel cold brew as well as the chocolate croissant. The salted caramel cold brew did not have any foam when I received it 3 minutes after I put in my online order. As far as the chocolate croissant, I took a single bite on both sides to see how much chocolate there was and it was almost non-existent. I had a similar issue with this location during the Valentine's Day brownie batter donuts where there was almost no brownie batter thinking that was just how things were done, but went to three other locations where it was filled almost to the brim with brownie batter. I don't think this is how you keep a business.
I was just in the drive thru and ordered a bagel sandwich and 3 Pancake wrap ups. Also a hot chocolate and a large ice coffee. Well I was missing a Pancake wrap, the bagel wasn't toasted at all, my hot chocolate was just murky hot water with hardly any chocolate in it. It wasn't even busy. I've worked in hospitality for over 20 years so I know the diffrence between incompetence and laziness. So when I say the girls in the drive thru are just lazy...you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
Horrible experience! The guy working the drive thru on the morning of 12/16/22 was very rude and condescending. I didn’t even feel comfortable with him handling my food and decided to go to another Dunkin Doughnut which was a huge inconvenience.
Loyal dunkin customer until today. The ladies they had before were so nice but now they have a new employee working drive thru and she is so snotty. I know accidents happen and humans make mistakes, but if you can look out for me and fix my order I’ll be very appreciative about it. This place is not cheap and I work hard for my money i spend atleast 10 dollars every other day here. My coworkers and I definitely wont be back.
Order was not correct. Tried to call them to discuss and they never answer their phone. I guess they expect us to take MORE of our time to have to drive back there to get it fixed!
The girls here are nice but they should wear hairnets. There was a stand of hair in the whipped cream of my french vanilla coolata. Also my hash browns were cold
It is so upsetting when you order food through Uber Eats and have to pay extra for the convenience and most times worth it but when the restaurant sends you food pepper bacon wrap and the tortilla is so crunchy it could break your teeth is SO DISAPPOINTING! I feel like they take advantage of customers that place deliveries because for the most part we won't go back to fix the order. Wrong, wrong, wrong!!
Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts they're all over the place they're all about the same although this particular one the lady that got my dozen donuts for me did not know what was inside the field ones and that's because she gave me the wrong Donuts but that's not her fault she was probably misinformed was going to use drive through but drive through was very busy so I went inside where they weren't very busy I recommend Duncan's it's not bad
Black Lady that usually has a ponytail that works there at the drive through is very rude and always gets the order wrong and when you questioned her she looks at you like it’s your fault and does not fix it.
Seems they was far too busy with the drive thru. When someone finally come to take my order. They acted like I was bothering them.Food: 4/5
