Not a fan-boy here. Just like any other SB, But if you go in for the food they have some tasty items. Bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, pound cake, etc. This particular SB has very hit or miss service and the lines get long quickly. Also, it could be a little cleaner for a fairly new store. Otherwise there are plenty of seating options inside and outside.
We have never had any problems in this store since we frequent it a lot for the friendly service and quality. Today unfortunately we left upset because first the lady who attended us at the window was rude for 2 coffees, she gave us only 3 packets of sugar, when my husband asked for 7 more sugar, she got upset. We ordered 2 cafe lattes but when we tasted them they tasted as if they had ground the coffee seed and added it to the milk. My husband's croissant was all disorganized and the lid on my coffee was dirty.
This is a very nice Starbucks. The staff is also super friendly. Shoutout to Brandon the barista he was very nice and helpful to my friend and I when we were approached by a creepy dude who wouldn’t leave us alone.
The worst Starbucks in tampa have had several bad experiences here including orders being messed up the worst thing I’ve seen one morning was a guy sitting right outside by the door with his private area out holding it they were too scared to do anything smh I had to go to another employee and tell him it was disgusting then I finally seen the police reprehend the guy they are rude and careless at this location… makes the company look bad Starbucks is awesome
Nestled in busy Temple Terrace is a lovely little Starbucks. It's exactly where I want to be on a Thursday. I saw this Starbucks in the works a while back, and honestly it was no big deal....its just coffee right?.....WRONG. This place literally made my Thursday sweet. We were greeted with a smile and left with one too : Every employee there were MY type of people! They were all so happy yet helpful. I left Starbucks feeling content to go back into the world. We ate outside in their sitting area and admired all there cute new furniture options and how convenient it was to have a charging outlet almost everywhere! It wasn't just a drink and snack stop for us...it was an entire pleasant experience. I definitely hope to revisit on my next Thursday. Between the excellent customer service and overall chill atmosphere: I'm officially a Starbucks fan! I highly recommend you stop by and check out this Starbucks...even the surrounding areas are filled with lots of great shopping options.
Great new location for Temple Terrace. Spacious parking . The interior of the location has a wonderful setup. Management and staff is helpful and friendly. Way too go !!
So this is my usual spot when I’m getting coffee. And I’ve always had wonderful service. But I had to review how they went over and beyond the call of duty this one particular time. An error had occurred on my side of the transaction. And the whole team accommodated me and truly made me feel blessed that day. Thank you so much for that great experience! You go Starbucks team!
Took a friend as a treat;our coffees took a min , they completely forgot about our food order and we had to remind them, and finally, while the food wasn't bad, it was overpriced in my opinion. I should add that they went busy at the time.Food: 4/5
the only starbucks i’ve gone to that makes a proper matcha latte. 10/10
Love the staff here, always ready to serve, even very early! The staff is polite and friendly everytime I go. I have never had a problem with drinks and the drive thru moves rather quickly, which I love. Keep up the great job!
