Came out to give an estimate and after the work was performed, nothing more was asked for despite fixing a few other things he didn't originally see and I didn't ask for. He included it with his original estimate. That's rare these days. I was positive at some point the price would increase. The guy that came, Max, was one of the friendliest people to ever do work on my home. I would recommend this company again for sure. I don't leave reviews often but felt compelled to for the work done today.

I hired Dunn Contracting to repair the roof on my home. I found Mr. Dunn to be extremely knowledgeable. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. He took the time to explain the problem and what the solution was. I found Mr Dunn and his staff to be patient, professional and reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I don't write reviews and actually this is my first one. I had a whole new rood put on in the summer around June. I can't be more pleased with it. I also had the soffit and fascia done to update the look of the house. I waited a few months because to write the review since it is a need roof wanted to make sure that there was not any problems. First it made it without a problem thru Irma. I did the second water barrier and that alone saved me almost half off my homeowners insurance. James took the time to come out and give me a quote and answer all my questions. The guys working on the roof were great and then Max with James Jr came and did the soffit and fascia. Max is one hell of a guy and very friendly. Anyone that ask me now about roofing or soffit and fascia I send them to James Dunn. Thanks guys for the hard work and job well done.

very rude trying to have my roof on my mobile home fixed willing to pay have all the materials to do so but yet was shut down and told he cant do it after being told they do my type of roofs with out expleantion as to why they say yes they can do my type of roof but then no bacause i have the stuff to do it seriously like if you cant use the stuff i bought it can be taken back to the store not that big of a deal but i now wont waste my time paying your company to come fix my roof
