Purchased a bike from them, they delayed the delivery a couple of times due to weather conditions. I'd ridden the motorcycle on 4 occasions a grand total of 5 miles when the bike failed to start. Looking at the oil level it appeared to be bone dry. I put in about a Quart and a half of oil and the bike started right up. The bike takes 2.1 quarts of oil. When I called them, they told me that the bike took 4 quarts contrary to the 2 quarts the owners manual told me. The only positive experiences I've had with them is that they gave me a good price on the bike and some good advice starting out considering I'm a first time rider. The people working there are very friendly.

Edit: I called them this morning and they were very helpful with the issues with my bike. They explained that the oil had to be checked with the bike vertical, so I removed about a quart to get it to the proper level. They also thought that it was weird the bike failed to start. They are going to look at the bike next week to try to figure out the issues with it

Edit: they came out and assisted me with resetting the oil adjusting the rear brake so the light came on sooner. I am happy with their customer service and the speed in witch my issue got resolved.

I love my new motorcycle! The Durand's Kawasaki team went above and beyond to make this whole thing happen for me. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I experienced with everyone there, starting with sales right on over to parts and service. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. I am definitely a happy customer. If there's anyone out there looking for a new or used bike go check out Durand's Kawasaki, you won't regret it.

Painless purchase experience. Knew exactly the bike I wanted and Terry got it for me at a great price I am very happy with. Great customer service! Will refer anyone looking for a Kawi or used bike.

Checked out an old Kawasaki they had, didnt even hear it run or ride it. Told the guy I liked it , he convinced me I had to leave a deposit on it or it'd be sold, he never said anything about the deposit being non refundable. Literally that night I watched a buddy of mine get killed on his street bike. I went back to the dealership the next day and told them what just happened and that I didnt think it was a good idea for me to own a street bike, especially since ive never had one before. He got all pissed told me too bad and that I wasn't getting the deposit back because he 'lost out on business" which is funny because the bike wasn't even ready to be sold yet and was still in the garage being worked on. So long story sort they robbed $300 from me. Absolute Scumbags.
