I bought a 1990s Trek off Craigslist that unfortunately had a broken steering tube on its aftermarket carbon fork. They were super helpful in diagnosing the problem and said that new carbon forks sized for my old bike weren't on the market anymore. They said they had an old mystery metal fork in the basement of another branch I could buy cheap. 

Once I got home, it took me about 10 seconds to find new carbon forks in the correct size online. I would have completely understood if they sold me something more expensive than the cheapest option available, or didn't have the very very best online price, but they simply didn't give me the option for a somewhat important bike upgrade. I was quite disappointed, and that alone lost them 2 stars.

However, I called them right away and they said they would install the fork for me. They did wonderful work and the fork has been dependable for a few hundred miles now.

Amazing bike tune-up! Very good mechanic, found a lot of (more or less) hidden issues and resolved them.

Got my skates sharpened here. They cleaned them up nice and only cost $6. They also have lots of bikes and supplies. Will probably come back for my cycling needs
