BEWARE! These guys are crooks!They still owe me over $200.00 for returned items. Horrible customer service. You only get a response when you threaten to reverse your credit card charges. BEWARE!

Bought a lithium battery for my 86 rebel 250 from their ebay store. item arrived next day, charged and ready to go into bike.

Purchased from Murray's Custom Cycles. Opened the packaging only to find that a part, essential to the installation, was missing. I immediately contacted Murray's Custom Cycles and asked if they could ship me the missing part, they refused and insisted that I return the item.
They then sent me an email with return shipping labels and informed me that I'd be financially responsible for the cost of shipping and a 50% restocking fee as the item was no longer factory sealed and that's how they "keep their prices so low". So, with a $26 purchase minus the restocking fee and shipping costs, I'd be out 75% and left with nothing whilst they retain the merchandise. All because THEY failed to send me the item(s) that I purchased in good faith.
AVOID BUSINESS WITH MURRAY'S CUSTOM CYCLES AT ALL COST.

Listed an item on Amazon that said that it would fit my bike.  It did not.  They said in their message through Amazon they would work with me and refund my return shipping to them.  They refunded minus a restocking fee and no return shipping.  Refused to correct did not return phone calls had to contact them multiple times.  I had to dispute the item on my CC to get a resolution.  I would not recommend doing business with them as they do not list the correct part number on Amazon that they are sending and charge restocking fees for their mistake and not good to deal with. Beware
