Everything was fine until a substitute driver was on my sons route. The lady that works in the office is trash. She called me saying the driver was waiting because I wasn't there yet. The driver was 10 minutes early. I told her I was 5-10 minutes away. She said he would drop off other kids then come back around to my stop. I approached the street that leads to the stop and see the school bus. I follow directly behind the bus while he dropped off other kids on this road. He turned and made it to my stop. I blew my horn to let him know I was right behind him. He let the other kids off but not my son. He pulled off. Later the school calls saying my son was there. I went to pick him up right away. I called the bus company back and the lady said he waited and called in and said I still wasn't there which was a lie!! So she told him to take my son back to school. She did that on purposely trying to be smart. I'm still waiting on the manager Mike Bennett to call me back from 3 days ago. I have the entire phone call recorded with the lady.
