My special needs child attends Southwood Glen school and relies on First Student to get him there. Last year, my son's driver was an angry bald-headed guy with a baseball cap. I am so glad he is no longer driving my child. I am glad that driver is gone. He seemed like a creep.

However, his driver this year is superb. I find his professionalism to be awesome and he is always on time. Granted, this year's driver is a young, nice guy with a killer smile this is not my only reason to like this company.  My son and all the other kids seem to be very comfortable with him driving.  This is a turnaround from last year. I thank this driver for getting my child and all the other kids to school safely every day.

Their slogan should be "first student, environment last"  Everyone of their buses that I end up driving behind is belching black diesel smoke!

They are loud and obnoxious with blowing there horns all the time.  Terrible noise pollution

My child has been riding the bus since March 2015 for the remainder of the school year.  Everything was fine.  The Fall of 2015-Summer of 2016 was even great, no hitches.  Then this school year comes around and on top of the schedule changing for pick up (which thankfully has been a good thing currently) and then them dropping my son off at the wrong location!

First, pick up is 7:45 AM....perhaps they should actually be there at 7:45 AM, not 8:00 AM.  Some people have to get to work, have made special arrangements with their employer AND daycare providers and yet I've missed the Freeway Flyer multiple times and have had to drive to work and pay for parking in Downtown Milwaukee at $12 a pop just to make it to work on time because my child's bus is late.

Second, today I get a call saying that they're outside my home at drop off (12 PM) instead of at his daycare.  Why?  Why would you take a 4 year old back to his house in the middle of the day instead of his daycare when I NEVER said that would be what would be happening today!!!  Unreal...then his daycare called me wondering where he was.  At least someone is looking out for my child because it surely is NOT this company.
