I love this store and wish they had one near West Jordan!  I went to this store all the time as a kid with my father.  As an adult, I still go here when I need lawn care parts for my sprinkler system, or when I need sprinkler system advice.  The staff is extremely helpful!  They know sprinkler systems!  The inside of the store looks more like a warehouse, but the parts selection is fantastic and organized!  I have never been disappointed with this store.  I always felt like it was a family of staff and customers - often seeing some of the same customers over the years sharing experiences with others.

These guys are freaking amazing! They help me make my jobs go so much faster and they're always willing to help explain what's going on or why something won't work. Their return policy is top notch too, which is what keeps me from going to Lowe's or Home Depot when they're closer to me. Alex is one of my favorite employees to work with and he knows his stuff!

Durk’s plumbing is amazing, my experience with them was phenomenal, I was putting in a new gas line run, I had no experience how to do this, Chris at Durk’s went out of his way to make sure that I had all the necessary pieces and answered all of my questions, he really gave me the confidence to do the project myself. The entire staff was very friendly and very helpful every time I went in. No doubt about it anytime in the future I have any plumbing issues I will be returning to them. If I could give them six stars I would

Bill, the owner, has so much expertise and is so willing to help!  He has made so many recommendations to me that have saved me money and allowed me to fix the problems.  Home Depot, I'm lucky to find a person in the entire store who even works in the department.

A big shout out to Durk’s Plumbing. My water softener started making horrible noises the night before I was having houseguests in my basement. I could not find a plumber to come and replace the unit that day. Chris at Durks assured me that I could install a water softener by myself. He talked me through the whole process and even let me video him giving instructions. Bill answered all of my follow-up questions. The employees there were so helpful! They have saved me hundred of dollars with their helpful suggestions and tips. Because of them I have had the confidence to replace toilets, a disposal, and now water softener. Thank you Durks Plumbing!
