For reviews on their tools there is a lot of information out there. The experience I've had has almost always met my needs and expectations.

Harbor Freight has a large selection of tools. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. The layout of the store is pretty well organized. The employees are nice, helpful, and pretty quick at checkout.
