I have NEVER had a good experience here at this Lowes. I can actually say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Workers are lazy and unhelpful. The "dude" with the gold chain that is always upfront is absolutely rude and needs to learn how to speak to customers. I am not his "dude" or "bro". I went one time to look for a mounting level and I approached 3 employees that were chit chatting have a good time. I actually had to say excuse me 2 times to get the attention of one employee (guy with long hair). First off he was rude, second he pointed "over there" and 3rd where he told me it was , was in the completely wrong place. I wont be back here even though I have spent hundreds of dollars dealing with bad customer service. I am going to drive 5 extra minutes to Home Depot.

Great store, good location. Order online with in store pickup works quite well, though it sometimes takes them a while to look up your order because they have to use an old, slow computer. Great if you have an online only coupon code or gift card.

There is a very small number of helpful or knowledgeable employees there. Joseph is the most proactive, he helped us over in the wood supply area. But it’s often frustrating finding someone who is able and willing to help.

Been here quite a few times, but one of my more recent visits prompted me to actually leave a review. I came to get paint to cover the spackle I will be using to fix a wall in my apartment. I didn't want to take tons of paint off the wall, so I just cut a small chip off. I was just going to find the paint myself and call it a day, but three employees came and helped me find the right color. My paint chip was too small for the computer to match it, so they helped me match it by hand. I felt awful being one of 'those' customers, but they were extremely helpful.

I have always received great customer service here. However the best experience happened yesterday when when I was there to get plumbing supplies. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He helped me find exactly what I needed and provided advice on how to fix my problem. I will definitely continue being a customer!
