I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED AT THIS LOCATION.  MY WIFE AND I HAPPENED TO BE BACK IN TOWN VISITING OUR DAUGHTER AND I WAS IN NEED OF A NEW BELT.  WE WERE DRIVING BY AT AROUND 7 PM.  I NOTICED THE LIGHTS ON AND THOUGHT TO STOP IN AND PICK ONE UP.  THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM BOTH JENNA AND ASMA WAS OUTSTANDING!!!   JENNA MADE COMMENT REGARDING MY ANKLE LENGTH OVERCOAT AND INQUIRED WHERE I FOUND ONE WITH SUCH STYLING?  AFTER THANKING HER FOR THE COMPLIMENT, I TOLD HER THAT I ORDERED IT ON LINE AS TRUE FULL LENGTH OVERCOATS ARE NOT THE NORM.  I THEN MADE MENTION I WAS GOING TO NEED AN ADJUSTMENT OF THE SLEEVE LENGTH ONCE I RETURNED HOME FROM THIS TRIP AND A MEETING IN DALLAS.  JENNA AND ASMA ASKED IF I WOULD ALLOW ASMA THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THE NEEDED ALTERATIONS. 
I THANKED THEM BOTH BUT LET THEM KNOW I WAS ONLY IN TOWN FOR THE NIGHT. (KEEP IN MIND THAT IT IS NOW AFTER 7 PM AND MOST EMPLOYEES WOULD BE THINKING ABOUT GOING HOME.)  ASMA ASSURED ME SHE WOULD MAKE THE ALTERATIONS AND COMPLETE THE TASK WITHIN 30 MINUTES.  AFTER  EXPRESSING MY AMAZEMENT REGARDING THEIR ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND, EVEN BEFORE INQUIRING ABOUT COST, THE MEASUREMENTS WERE MADE AND MY NEW OVERCOAT WAS ON ITS WAY WITH ASMA .  THE (VERY FAIR) COST WAS THEN AGREED UPON.  
(FULL DISCLOSURE) WHILE WAITING I FOUND A FEW ITEMS TO PURCHASE TOTALING $270.
  
THIS IS HOW RETAIL IS SUPPOSED TO WORK!  THE ADDITIONAL PURCHASES WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MADE HAD I NOT HAD THIS OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.

I AM A BUSINESS OWNER.  FOR FIVE YEARS I RAN A NEW CAR DEALERSHIP IN NORTH KANSAS CITY.  I NOW RUN ONE FOR OUR COMPANY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS.  THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT ANY GOOD BUSINESS OWNER PRAYS FOR.  

I HAVE SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY FAMILY AND MY OWN SALES AND MANAGEMENT TEAMS.  I NOW RECEIVE YOUR EMAILS AND HAVE BEEN EXPLORING YOUR WEBSITE.

Got completely ignored by the staff. She wanted to take care of her attorney looking customer before she would help me. I waited another 15 minutes and she took another customers payment at the register. She also talked to me like I was some teenager.

Nice location and selection, and the staff was nice. Prices are a little high, but they do have frequent sales.

Fantastic Experience with their staff. They are actually able and willing to help you find what you are looking for. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. No where else has a selection of clothes this nice that actually fit. While they are a bit on the pricier side, their clothes are very nice quality. Brian was exceptional at his job.
