I would not recommend this location. We decided to have our wedding party go with buying suit separates instead of paying the normal cost to rent and return a tux. The prices were great, but the customer service pretty terrible. My fiance and my Dad both ordered suits there, they gave my fiance the wrong suit to try on, we panicked and thought they ordered it wrong and they waited 10 minutes to tell us otherwise. May seem stupid, but just paying attention doesn't seem to be their strong suit. Literally. Then they ended up getting him a suit that was too short in the arms, it took five weeks for his shirt to come in and they had absolutely no idea why. They ordered a slim suit for my Dad and he needed a 48 so definitely not slim. He got his suit 4 days before the wedding even though he ordered it six weeks before because they got it wrong twice. Our officiate was supposed to order a suit at the same price at a different location and they assured us when we let them know they would contact the location. It took five calls (over a two week period) and the guy waiting at the store for 30 minutes for them to finally call. No one had any idea what was going on in the store and I had to call to make sure the suits were in on time because they never called to let us know when our stuff was ready and apparently didn't keep track of their supplies. Normally I don't leave comments, but it took way too many trips and calls to get things right. The suits are great, but maybe try a different location.

Couldn't fit a pair of socks let alone a tux. Being a larger man the last thing I needed was a girdle for a vest. They suck!

Horrible communication, several attempts to get groomsmen tux situated with store in chicago with this location. Then when it finally was, they still seemed dumbfounded on how to get the tux registered to our friends wedding up in their system at this location. They charged $240 for a tux RENTAL that was told to the groomsmen would be $180... overcharged and overpriced for rentals. They are owned by men's warehouse, you can buy a suite there for that much! When my boyfriend went in to pick up the tux, and questioned the price the salesman went into how they are understaffed and a personal story....what does that have to do with getting your pricing correct with a quote that was provided to the wedding party? And I also called the day before about the discount, i was promised that he would speak with his manager and get it figured out and fixed, but didnt. Inconsistent and unreliable, we will never use them again.

Zero customer service. They speak but if you want to be measured or need suggestions, forget it. While we were in there, two more customers came in and received the same treatment. Head to Men's Warehouse at Zona Rosa. This place is a joke.
