I was very pleased with the help I received today. I was greered by a friendly associate as I was walking into the store. I told him that I had to pick up an order and he was able to direct me to the area in the back to pick it up. Once I got back there, an associate there was able to locate my order and make sure it was correct. The process was painless and every one was so helpful!

They have a great sale in jewelry going on right now. If you're looking to buy fine jewelry they have a 40 percent off coupon. I bought this diamond necklace for $25. Can't use the coupon on this tho.

Liz gave me highlights but never asked what colour I wanted them or let me know what she was doing while she was doing it. She would walk off and I had no idea what was going on. I ended up with highlights of the wrong colour and asked for toner to make them less ashy and bright (which was exactly the opposite of what I’d asked for initially). She covered my head in toner and walked off without a word of what colour toner she’s used or how long she planned to leave me under it. Eventually I got up to find her and asked her to rinse my head so that I could leave immediately. Now my head has too bright highlights and a toner that’s turned my whole head yellow. The other stylists did not seem surprised by what was happening or how frustrated I was. Horrible service that I would not recommend to anyone.

The Levis were at a GREAT price but the ones they had just wasn't my style. Not 1 Employee asked if they could help me. Maybe because they might be short handed and can only do so much. I have allot of respect for people who work in retail.
