Great selection of clothes in big and tall sizes. Very helpful and friendly staff. A wide range of styles and looks and in sizes that actually fit. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the price.  But then the market for clothes in these sizes is smaller so the clothes cost more to make,  but wow.  Expect to love what you buy,  but it will not be cheap.

Poor customer service!  Their sizes run a little different than other brands and I was told as much when I bought 3 shirts.   So I bought the next size smaller.   I went in today to exchange them because after wearing one for a couple hours, realized that it was to tight of a fit and would not be comfortable for the longevity that I was hoping to get out of these shirts.   Upon going in, I was told that the one that I had worn could not be returned, and a second could not be returned because the person behind the counter couldn't find the shirt in his system.   I tried to explain that the 3 were bought together, but he didn't care.   So now I have 2 shirts that aren't comfortable to wear and will just hang in my closet.   Back to LL Bean where they are #1 in costumer service.   I will never shop here again.

These guys are one of the best...sales guys are no pressure, they know exactly what's in their stores and make great suggestions if you are not sure....a go to place for us guys that need bigger sizes
