Never buy online for store pickup at this branch! I had to go though the customer service line to get my item. 20 minutes wasted! No such thing as easy shopping and pickup here!

Terrible customer services. I purchased a thomas ultimate station for my son. They refused to issue me the full refund when I returned the new item back to them. They claimed the item on sale. They only refunded me sale price. I think I am pissed off. SO NEVER SHOP WITH THEM!!!!!

This place is NEVER clean and there's never anyone working. They've never had more than 1 aisle open for check out, most of the time you have to go to the service desk to purchase your items. We live right across the street so we go here all the time. Yesterday I walked up to the service desk and the employee was grilling me the entire time basically saying "How dare you make me do my job while I was gossiping." I would much rather drive 10 minutes to the babies r us only location in Nashua. The store is always clean and the employees are professional. Corporate needs to do a complete overhaul of this store because it's just pathetic and management clearly doesn't care.

Overcharged, but friendly employees who did work to resolve the issue. It was a challenge though.

Perfectly good Toys R Us. Have not yet required help from an associate, but they seem to be available if needed at this location. Good selection. They have a few clothing items but not much. Better for shower gifts and toys for toddlers. Good bike section as well.
