Had a very unpleasant  experience this morning with assistant manager Bonnie. She denied me a discount because I was not working today(Ogden School District) and I did not have my badge. It almost felt like a punishment!! I've been a regular customer of Dylan's drive for almost 8 or 9 years. I am sure in your system there is a way to look up people who qualify for discounts and their place of employment. They let us sign a small slip every time we take this discount. She has very poor customer service skills, and she is not very familiar with the  menu items either. I've known Victor for the last 3 or 4 years, Samantha ( she goes by Sam) also works there, and she has been one of my students.

I love me a good Shake. I've tried some other drive-ins around and they are all pretty good. I haven't tried Dylan's. I had a cherry cashew Shake and it was very tasty I don't see it Stacks up to all the other drive-ins around. My wife had a raspberry with cheesecake and her only comment was there was unmixed ice cream at the bottom. But it was also very tasty so we will definitely go back for another Shake thanks.

their breakfast burritos are the best. they make the best egg and bacon breakfasts. they also have good drinks. the people here are always nice and get my order right. the restaurant environment is very good. clean and well-kept

Great food, slow service. I'm vegetarian so I always sub out the meat for a veggie Patty on the burger that I choose. I love that they offer that. However sometimes they don't charge me for this sometimes they say it will be extra, I never know. Also the veggie burger is cheaper than most Burgers so I don't understand why they would charge me more to add it on a burger that's more expensive than the veggie burger itself. I keep coming for the vegetarian menu, but it always takes a long time to get my food but I guess it's worth the wait.  I've never had a meal that tasted bad. I just wish there was more consistency on price and on service speed. If you are looking for a quick drive through this is not the place.

Friendly staff and good food. Everything is made to order so at times it may take a bit longer than some other fast food joints, but it’s worth it. It’s also always very clean and comfortable in the dinning area.
