I had a great experience! To have someone help figure out what was wrong with my knee and then be shown exercises to help strengthen the area. Marci was very helpful and pleasant. I am planning on return visits to work on my shoulder and foot. I enjoyed this visit immensely!

Matt has provided me with the best Physical Therapy experience I've ever had. I've had terrible migraines/auras my entire life along with painful and stiff muscles in my neck; with Matt, I've been able to control them better and the frequency has plummeted. He is meticulous about the minute details and every time I go in, I learn something new. He is incredibly knowledgeable in sport-related injuries, weight lifting, and proper form. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Matt!

Jake is quite the running expert. I suffer from a fairly large leg length discrepancy due to bone cancer. He took me from a non-runner to running at a capacity to do my first Ironman! I really appreciate his 
 friendly demeanor, knowledge and motivation abilities. If you are Fat, Weak, Lazy or just cant run good; GO see Jake he can help you improve yourself!!!!

I've never had a running injury that i couldnt just run through until last year. The pain I experienced was the kind of pain that I knew I should not continue to run on. I injured my hip flexor and after a couple sessions with Jake and some "homework" (simple at home exercises with videos included if I forgot how to do them) I was back to running in no time. Jake is an expert in running injury and he is there to help you wherever you are. He can help you through and injury, work preventatively, and help you get stronger as a runner. I only have great things to say about Jake and you can find him in multiple locations. If you want to learn how to get stronger, if you are injured, or if you just want to learn how to prevent injury, Dr. Jake is the guy for you! I plan to go back for some preventative "dry needling" - this is what really helped me in recovery and will also help me prevent further injuries. Thank you Dr. Jake!!

Dr. Jake Hegge is hands-down one of the most valuable professionals I’ve ever visited. After battling some chronic PF from over-training, I felt hopeless, nearly giving up my running dreams. I was in constant pain, and could no longer imagine my life without pain. I remembered Dr. Hegge from talking with him at Grand Bluff Running, and (funny enough) I had met him very randomly on a solo trail run and he encouraged me along. I thought, “Who better to see than someone who GETS running?!” I found it extremely convenient to schedule an appointment through the online scheduler. He had toys for my foster daughter to play with while he consulted with me and created a plan to help me. For the first time, I felt a glimmer of hope. After a few appointments with dry needling (which I LOVE, surprisingly) and simple, quick “homework” (aka stretches and exercises), I noticed a remarkable difference. I was able to resume running, gradually and safely adding mileage under the guidance of Dr. Hegge.
I have literally dropped his name to EVERYONE I know who has an injury. I grabbed a bunch of his cards and I pass them out like candy at a parade! 
To finalize my point, when my dad complained of chronic hip pain that hasn’t yet been cured by other methods (and PT sessions), I booked an appt and paid for his session to see Dr. Hegge. My dad was so excited to walk away from his visit with stretches & exercises he could easily do at home. The next time I saw my dad, he was walking better than I’d seen him walk in two years!
If you’re looking for PT, look no further. Thank you, Dr. Hegge for blessing me and my family so much!
