I am an advent shopper at any Best Buy no matter what state or city I visit. I have yet to experience anything other than professionalism as I enter to shop and exit. I will say that being more consistent towards the greeting welcoming of each and every costumer, if possible should be a store standard. Customer service goes a very long way with people, because many will refuse to spend their money anywhere that their not treated well. Just a FYI

Was once a big fan of Best Buy but it now seems they’re more interested in trying to make a sale than customer service. Jason the manager here let me know they couldn’t exchange an iPad that I believe was sold in bad faith. Funny thing is that apple was willing to provide trade in value close to the same amount of what I paid to Best Buy. Not a great look.

Sometimes it takes a little while to get the help you need and OK nice you do they just read the packaging like I would have done so not so knowledgeable. But i like I can usually find what I want and check out is smooth.

Decent place with decent stuff. but if you are planning to purchase any electronic device then be prepared to wait for 15-20 minutes, because you wont find anyone towards pc area or desktop area. I had to go to the customer service area and call someone from there to get more information of the item i went to purchase.

Best customer service. My Surface computer was stolen from my office. In order to retrieve it from a pawn shop with a police report, I️ had to retrieve the serial number from Best Buy. It was Black Friday. Amid the throngs of buyers, the customer services people retrieved the serial number from four years ago, quickly. That’s only one reason that I️ always go to Best Buy first. Prices great also.
