E. L. Webster Insurance Agency, Inc. is an independent insurance agency and has been providing personal service to the Southern Maryland area since 1983. We offer auto insurance, home insurance, business insurance & life insurance through numerous companies, including the award winning Erie Insurance.

I was referred to this agency by a friend, the agent I was told to contact was Corey Butler.   He answered right away when I called and the agent I was working with was very polite and knowledgeable.  So far he has responded to all m emails promptly.    When we were reviewing my old policy, the old auto company had me covered for the state minimum, which would have left me personally liable for any major accident.    He was able to save me money on my home and car insurance, and even increased my coverage to a more reasonable level.   Great company it seems.  I am very happy with the level of service and price.

My wife and I were married last year, and we wanted to combine our auto and homeowner policies to save money.  We compared premiums with GEICO and Nationwide where we were already policyholders, and they couldn't come close to matching the Erie policy we got with Corey Butler at E L Webster.  We upgraded our coverage and reduced our annual premiums by over $500.  

Corey explained everything very thoroughly, and was able to give updated quotes until we felt absolutely comfortable with our coverage.  The paperwork was all done electronically and was very fast and easy to take care of.  They even coordinated the policy switch from our previous insurance companies to make sure we had no gaps in coverage and that we received the proper premium refunds.  I would recommend Corey and E L Webster to anyone.

Erie Insurance acted as the counterparty on an accident claim in which I was involved. The customer service in the claims department was excellent and I felt it far exceeded the level of care I received from my previous insurer. Because of this, I contacted Corey Butler, a registered agent with EL Webster, to ask about Erie's P&C policies. Mr. Butler reviewed my current levels of coverage and offered equal to or superior products for much less than I was paying with my previous insurer. Mr. Butler is very detailed and thorough and I would highly recommend you give him and EL Webster a chance to earn your business.

I was just recently in the market for new auto insurance and E L Webster really came through for me . My agent was Corey Butler and he was very helpful with comparing my rates and getting me the right coverage for the right price. Other companies couldn't compare with the rates I was able to get with Erie. I would recommend E L Webster and Erie Insurance to everyone.

A quick story - as a newly married couple, my wife asked that I check in with her insurance company, USAA, today since we’re getting her moved to my auto policy.  So I spoke with a rep at USAA earlier and your rate was $500 better than their's on the auto insurance even when factoring in discounts for also having homeowner’s, etc.

I want to thank EL Webster for keeping my rates as competitive as possible.  They are saving me money ever year!
