This office does not even deserve the 1 star i gave them!!! Rhey have extreamly rude service, and they worry more about their pride and ego in being correct than they do about the customers they claim to protect!!! They completely screwed me over with my policy all because they were upset about me canceling my policy!! I took lots of crap from them over the years, and when i finally got fed up with it they screawed me over for doing whats best for me!!! I recommend everyone go and get a new policy with another company, one that will forsure take care of you!!! And on top of the office being so crappy, customer service was even worse!! We got treated like a welcome mat rather than a valued customer!!! And even on top of all of that, they do the paper work that they want to do and which ever way they want to do it, without caring that its all wrong and the legal consequences it could cause!!!
