I purchased my Auto Insurance through FIG and obtained more coverage at a better rate.  I also purchased Life policies through FIG and a Personal Articles policy.  My agent is always professional, thorough, and fast when I have had additions, changes, updates...etc.

They are very easy to deal with, and I've always been available when I've had questions. I've never had any issues at all with this company, and have been with them for well over 20 years. Their customer service is second to none!

If I didn't follow up every other month, my affairs with 1st Insurance Group would be forgotten. I hate that the give me the feeling that I dont matter, and my reimbursement from a cancellation doesn't either.
