Eagle Creek Park, the 6th largest municipal park in the Nation, encompasses two State Nature Preserves. It includes more than 3,900 acres of wooded terrain and open meadows and over 1,300 acres of water.
Eagle Creek Park open hours change seasonally. Gate entry fee is $5 for Marion County residents, $6 for non-residents. Year passes, shelter rentals, retreat center rentals, dog park passes, swimming area (June & July), boat rentals (April-Sept), two nature centers (free with park admission), field trips, public nature programs, and other amenities available.
