We stayed at a great 2 bedroom next to the canyon. It was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked. The fireplace was very nice and so was the BBQ grill! Relaxing the the jacuzzi was just what we needed. We would definately recommend staying at eagle crest.

Really clean rooms. I enjoyed the breakfast package. Pool was good. Service from front desk staff was a little weird. Bur overall stay was decent.

I was disappointed that the parking lot with two gatherings going on at their Convention Center. It was not cleared in such a way that you could utilize the second half without having to walk all the way around in the snow to get to the building that was 20 feet away. I am also disappointed that there were no longer any coat racks, seemingly having remodeled and taken them away since the last time I was there. Wearing a full-length coat in the winter time and having nowhere to put it but the back of your chair or at the corner on the floor is not very "customer-friendly". The facilities themselves, however, are nicely painted and comfortable.

Participated in a charity event here. Faculty was great. Very accommodating, nice facilities, and great food

Ate at the restaurant for dinner. Our experience wasn't top notch but we left happy. Our server initially forgot that we were her table so it took awhile to get greeted. She apologized profusely and gave us soda for free. Unfortunately a salad we ordered was also forgotten and never came out, which again was followed with apologies and free carrot cake. Our drinks, water included, were never refilled while we were dining. Our servers sincere attitude and apologies allowed us to leave in a good mood, but still unable to say our experience was "above par".
