Look at the reviews on Yelp and Better Business Bureau too!

Ripoff, just like some of the previous posts stated.  Estimate was $500+ for a simple replacement of a main shutoff valve.  $350 for labor and the remainder for parts (which wasn't $200+ worth).  

I knew better.  I paid the $45 callout fee, sent 'em away, and found another licensed plumber to do it for $150.  Gonna promote the other guy's work from now on.  They have a lifelong customer now.

Great service! Even came on Sunday 12/31/17 Donald found the leak and fixed it. . I was treading water and had four guests! Reasonable price. Came same day I called. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Five stars for Eagle Plumbing and my plumber Donald! He even had to leave to get another part and came right back. I am pleased with the sincere effort to get it done.

Very prompt and efficient in their repairs.  Technician, Vincent, was particularly nice.  Eagle Plumbing is a little pricey but considering how fast they came out it was worth the money.  This is the second time I have used their service and I will most likely use them again when/if the need arises.

On New year's Eve, I called and spoke to Heather she was very pleasant. She went out of her was to get me a quote as well as send my mother a plumber asap. The plumber (Donald) arrived in less than 20 mins. Yes I said 20 min wow that was so fast right? He did an amazing job. He was quick and professional. He fixed my moms clogged main pipes and he made sure it was fixed and everything was flowing before he left. I would definitely be using Eagle Plumbing for ALL of my mom and my plumbing needs. I recommend Eagle Plumbing 100%. I called Heather after and thanked her so much as well. The service all around was wonderful.

Beware that they will charge you over $100 per hour of service for both the driver and the tech that they send out.  We asked for an itemized bill and it shows that we were charged $100 over what was quoted for the diagnostic fee, plus over $400 for the labor of both the tech and the driver (who was on the phone most of the time.) They were in and out in around an hour, yet based on the bill it looks like we were billed for 3 hours.  Have been trying to get a manager to talk to us about it for over 10 days and are still waiting on the return calls we've been promised. The best part... we had a 2nd plumbing service out and they can't even tell if/where they did any work and located the actual source of the water leak we had. Stay far away from this company!
