I was having a new complete ac system installed,  well the ac company need an gas line moved in attic to complete the install.  I call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and talked to Clarance Ybos,  he said they would be there in 30 minutes he arrived right on time.  They moved the gas line, quickly and made the gas line fit the new furnace location perfectly.  Even the ac install crew was impressed,  because of the quick and through response from Benjamin Franklin the ac install was finished on time which saved me money.  This was refreshing experience, very professional, knew what they were doing, they saved the day I will be using Benjamin Franklin again, and will recommend them to my friends.  Thanks Clarance

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Louisiana Plumbing. My wife and I had noticed the faint sound of water running in our master bathroom from what appeared to be the wall next to the bathtub area. However, we had no water running inside or outside our house and we could see no evidence of water leaking through to the floor or areas around the house outside. Concerned we might have a leak in a water line, we contacted Louisiana Plumbing.to investigate this issue. Within about 30 minutes, they were able to isolate the problem with a leak in our slab. They provided a very fair estimate and worked quickly to file the necessary paperwork with our insurance company. I would like to thank Susy, Clarence and Noel for the excellent service we received throughout this process. They are true professionals who go above and beyond to service their customers. If I ever have a plumbing issue or concern in the future, I know who to call.

Ben Franklin Plumbing is without a doubt the BEST plumbing service in this area.  They are prompt, courteous, and efficient.  Their personnel dresses professionally, and they put mats down so that they don't track outside materials to the inside of your home.  They know their business, and explain the problem in words that I can understand.  Awesome company!

Had what appeared to be a slab leak. We had a plumber out that said it was a slab leak and the house needed repiped. Looking for a second opinion I stumbled on Louisiana Plumbing. They were there the next day. Noel was very knowledgeable and thorough. By the end of his inspection he determined that the slab leak was in fact water leaking from the roof running down the vent pipe for our furnace. Saved me a lot of money and unnecessary recipe.  Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend this company. Very impressed

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for my personal needs for over a year.  The fact is, I would use nobody else.  They are fast, punctual and do a thorough job.  Additionally, I have needed their assistance after hours and actually had to call for help while Clarence was at dinner.  That did not dissuade him and he quickly met my needs at a reasonable price.

I've never really had a great experience with a plumbing company, until I found these guys.  I've never had any scheduling issues with them, and they've always shown up when they said they would.  So far they've stood by every one of their guarantees.  Noel is always very professional and courteous, and has never left a mess behind.  I'm extremely pleased with their service, and I highly recommend them.

I called Benjamin Franklin because time is money. They gave me a one hour window between 0800 and 0900 and were here knocking on my door at 0800. Punctual, Courteous, and most of all EXTREMELY fair in what they charged me. I was expecting a large bill and a full replacement of my bathroom shower fixtures. I had a similar problem in my other bathroom and that was the last plumbers fix. Turns out it was an extremely easy fix. Within a few minutes he had explained to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. It was as simple as that. To my surprise I was only charged the service call fee. Who does that anymore? Customer Service at its FINEST. I have found a plumber that I can trust and will tell my friends about. Thank You Noah and Clarence for taking care of me and getting me out the door in time for work. I truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism. I will certainly call you again.

I had my sink backed up on a Saturday and called them. The on call lady called back within an hour to let me know that the plumber would be at my place later that afternoon. He called when he was on his way and was here within 15 min. Super professional and very nice man. Our pipes were very backed up and he had them cleaned out and fixed in about an hour. I recommend them for your plumbing issues.
