Extremely rude service. Bought 4 new tires for my tundra and they put one tire of the completely wrong size on. Bf Goodrich kO2 tires are not cheap and I expect them to double check the sizes of new tires more than once and for the owner not to apologize at all and give no retribution is incredibly disrespectful and bad service. I’ll go to Costco for this tire in the future.

Do you care about your vehicle? Do you strive to make it live its best life possible? If you answered Yes to either of those questions please do not take your vehicle here. I have lived in Bozeman all my life and i have NEVER seen such terrible service. Let me tell you my story. As most of you know this winter has been very bad for ice, i have a front wheel drive car that was not doing well in the ice and snow. So as any mother of a 20 month old daughter would do I took my car in to get new tires. I have always gone to Big O Tires, ALWAYS. But as I have a goodyear card i decided to go with the affiliate here in town which just so happens to be Eagle Tire. Upon our arrival the owner/manager was VERY rude. After we realized there were insufficient funds on my card (and the owner asked his employees not to touch my car) i was forced to leave my spare set of rims at Eagle Tire because the employees couldn't listen to their boss. I came back two days later and had the other rims switched to my car. This  second visit, I watched the employee pull my car out of the bay and continually spin my FRONT WHEEL DRIVE tires from the bay doors all the way to where he parked it. I bite my tongue and hold my composure as i THINK i am finally done with this place. NOT. The following morning I am trying to help my mother move and notice i am missing a lug.. That only I have keys for.. I then have to wait FOUR days to go back to the tire shop because of new year weekend. Upon walking in I am cordial, and understanding. One gentleman with a hat and glasses was very apologetic about the situation, said it was their fault and it would never happen again. I feel okay for a moment until the manager/owner walks out and gets cocky and mouthy. Claims that he and another employee knew the rims were already missing a lug when they put the tires on, but didn't decide to tell a mother of a 20 month old that her rims were missing a lug nut. Let me repeat that; THESE FOOLS DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT THEY NOTICED A LUG MISSING! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? This is why I have taken all of my vehicles to Big O, because I have faith in them to not let me drive my car off the lot without lug nuts on! I WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau for the fact that what he did was COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! NEVER AGAIN!!

I recently replaced my struts on my minivan and needed to get a alignment done. I was looking for a small local shop to get it done to avoid the mainstream tire shops. I was the last job of the day and during the service I was called and told that both lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods were bad and needed replaced and perhaps even my steering rack needed replaced before they could align my car. I knew that my sway bar links needed replaced but that doesn't interfere with an alignment. I'm a former mechanic so I gave them the benefit, maybe they noticed something that I didn't while I changed out my struts. I wasn't charged for the inspection but as soon I got home I placed the jack under my van to check for any play and there was NO PLAY AT ALL. My bill for them to replace my lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods was a whopping $900.00. Needless to say I will not be going back due to their dishonest service and I will highly NOT recommend them for anyone else.
